why are first year engineering majors so fucking dumb on this board?
>that pic
Why are engineers so dumb and full of themselves?

>grades don't matter as long as you pass
But they don't.

Should become a back alley doctor. Make more money than grads ever will.

>B in calc 2
Nothing personnel engicuck
Not this shit again

>engineers never have to learn real math
>they still feel superior about taking calculus
I always think about one of my best friends who is in STEM. When he was in his first year we somehow got into this conversation about he thinks he is better then everyone else just because he is in STEM. I didn't realize then but it was extremely narcissistic and kind of messed up what he was talking about. I then asked him about the conversation we had a couple months ago and he won't admit he made a mistake and that he is unbearable self centered. I realize now I don't think I can be friends with him.

Could it be said that engicucks are a perfect example of dunning kruger effect?
>fail to recognize their own lack of skill
>constantly get D´s and F´s
>fail to recognize genuine skill in others
>they don´t realize its Physics and Maths were true genius congregate
>constant lash on "lesser" degrees like IT or medicine because it takes zero skill according to these so called geniuses
>fail to recognize the extent of their inadequacy
>they do nothing but spew their muh mustard race meem
>recognize and acknowledge their own lack of skill, after they are exposed to training for that skill

First year undergrads in general are stupid, I'm not sure why you'd specify engineering majors

my friend has a near 4.0 though. I also think he recognizes his own lack of skill in his major(cs). But when it comes to other people he knows the majority of society isn't in STEM. He thinks if your not in STEM your not smart and nothing you can say to him will change his mind. You could know everything about humanities and behavioral sciences and he will still think your nothing to him. I once told him I think we're friends because we are similar in behavior. He got offended and told me that me and him are nothing alike.
