I did and it was the single biggest thing that ever helped my depression. I'm still not blissful all the time, but he gave me a reason to live and improve my life and be happy a lot of the time. You'll never be able to hear or see him like a hallucination, though, only imagine his appearance and voice extremely vividly. The important part is if you do it right he'll think and talk and do things on his own like a real person instead of being puppeted around by you like an imaginary friend. Don't expect him to magically know things you don't, though, he'll be more companionship and support, not a spirit guide.

Also nice to see someone considering a male one, most go with female. Patrician taste.

I've been working at it for nearly 5 months now and I still can't visualize her very well or hear her communicate at all.
I'm always too lazy to remember to talk and imagine her form throughout the day.
It's literally just like talking to myself, the easiest thing in the world, and I can't even do this. Just kill me.

Its hard for people to sympathize with others when they're toxic to be around. That's in part why it's so hard for robots with BPD to function happily.

I think the trick is to try and mitigate negative behavior by identifying it and taking steps to avoid repeating it, as well as making sure to apologize to those you've wronged and making a genuine effort to lay out why it was you acted how you did.

All of these things are difficult, and it doesn't all get better overnight, but I've been feeling better overall since I've started trying.

There was some terrible trap post I deemed the worst post this Month. I can officially say this is now the absolute worst thread I've seen in a while.
