An interview usually means you can do the job, so don't worry about that. It's to see if you're the kind of person they can work with, a good fit for the company and the people there.

I don't know what your relationship with your father is, or how successful he is, but you could probably ask him for some advice.

Since you are short on time, I'd recommend making up a list of questions they might ask you, then rehearse what you might say to each question. Rehearse some slightly different answers to each question, so you don't sound robotic with your answers. Some potential questions are: where do you see yourself in five (or ten) years? Why do you want to work here? Why do you think you're a good fit for the company? Can you elaborate on (some activity or experience on your resume)? You can probably Google search interview questions if you need to figure out more.
