When I was 16, I had a gf. She wrote a book for me, and didn't finish it until after I broke up with her. She left it at my doorstep a few months later along with a batch of cookies. Pic related, the foreword to the book.

I took up the habit of cutting for a little, but it doesn't really relieve stress, nor does it turn me on, so I quit.
I do still have a habit of clawing at my arms when i'm very anxious, but my nails are mostly dull so it doesn't even draw blood or really count as self harm.
