That's not bad in the slightest. I'm fit, socially decent, and I'm a 19-year-old KHV. Don't buy into what people on social media tell you, a lot of others are KHV at our age. Girls shouldn't even be a focus for you at this point.

Take it out. Start eating 3 small meals a day, never deviating. You'll be hungry as fuck at first, but that's cause you're not used to eating regular portions. Push past the hunger and eventually it'll get easier. You'll lose weight slowly, but in a year you'll be thanking yourself. You don't need to work out or eat healthy. Just eat less.

If you're socially anxious, you should slowly try to build yourself up to being around people. Try just walking around in public at first, then the next day try talking to the cashier. It'll suck and you'll definitely feel like you're gonna die from anxiety at one point, but social exposure freaking works.

Try seeing if you can find a therapist or youth counselor in your area and be completely vulnerable and honest with them about your problems. Take their advice for god's sake. It may seem like they don't know what they're talking about, but you should trust them considering that they're at a better point in life than you. Ask them if they can set up an appointment with a speech therapist if your speech is actually fucked up.

If you can't find anyone, talk to your parents. Tell them that you're unhappy with the way you are and that you want their help to change. If the reason they hate you is cause of the reasons you listed, there's a good chance they'll help you. If not, it's not like they're gonna hate you even more for wanting to change.
