When I was in grade 8 I used to bully this kid in grade 12 who had a face covered in acne. He had so much acne he had acne coming out of his acne. You're probably not consistent with your treatment. If you're actually keeping up with a multi step cleanser like Proactiv then you shouldn't be having any issues. However, it could be beyond that and you might want to see a dermatologist. I'm sure my hormones had something to do with it, but I had pretty bad acne in the beginning of high school. I'm in college now and the only reason I still get acne time to time is when I get anxiety built up over projects or tests coming up and/or when I get too lazy to wash my face consistently.

I've had those before. They freaked me out for a while, but I got over it with time.
