Yes, absolutely. I stopped brushing from about 12-14 and it ruined my teeth, because all I ate was sugary foods and cola. You need to start brushing and flossing immediately, because it will do you a world of good, and prevent further decay. Go see a dentist straight away.

Stop over-analyzing yourself. Literally not a single normie has such self-awareness.
