How do you form friendships with new people?
Next week I have a work orientation where there'll be a couple new workers college age, and I'm scared.
It's about 8 hours long and we have to bring a lunch.
I can handle the dry, awkward small talk for a few minutes but don't think I can do it all day. All I picture myself doing is asking questions that get nowhere, in between long periods of silence. I want the job but I'm so bad at talking to anyone I don't already know. Help.

ketamine is at the forefront of this new treatment option but that's likely because of it extensive pharmacological profile and the fact that it generally doesn't dangerously interact with SSRIs and other medication likely used by people who would seek this treatment.
DCK doesn't have much of a pharmacological or safety profile but have been used by many people who say it helped and can be bought legally online in most countries.
even DXM can have positive effects and can be bought over the counter in most countries.
one risk with psychedelics is the increase of psychotic symptoms but in my experience it has reduced them for greatly while drugs like LSD, shrooms and MDMA have increased them. dissos with stimulating effects (think PCP) will probably increase psychotic symptoms in everyone though.
DXM helped me out when I was at my absolute lowest and K gave me the most productive months of my life. gonna buy some DCK and see if its as helpful as ketamine.
if you're gonna kill yourself anyways than you pretty much have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Not OP but ketamie therapy is very much a real therapy and can have very real and very positive effects for some personality disorders.
I would like to try it in a fully "professional" sense. I can get k myself from a variety of sources but I want to be part of an actual program.

So guys, I'm here to ask you, how often do psychiatrists give pills to their patients? I'm asking this because I have no will to do anything whatsoever with my life and I'm starting to think that I have chronic depression/apathy. The point is that I live in Italy though, so I don't know if here are prone like in the US to give pills to everyone and their mothers

I have no job, still studying at uni, living with my patents (again, Italian here, it's incredibly common and those who go study abroad/in other cities get their rent paid by their parents, no one ever gets any loan)
But I'm starting to feel anxious with my life. I'm doing shit at uni because I never properly study (often I don't study at all), but at the same time I don't want to do a shitty job (or any job if that matters). I feel like my life is stagnating, but I have no willpower to do anything about it. I start to study, 10 minutes later I already have had enough and I wanna do other stuff. So I don't know what the fuck to do.
