I'd imagine NEETS are always on edge since at any moment a parent could try to have a conversation about them regarding finding actual work. Also, NEETS may have to live with the guilt of scrounging of parents/government if they are borderline able to work but can't quite hold down a job.
Anyway, "robot" is a pretty relative term.
