i'm in exactly the same situation as you. i've been working for about two years to save that amount. if you're similar i would advise you to work longer just so you have enough time on your resume to be considered "experienced". i'm targeting 4 years for that reason and so I can get my professional license. that does carry the risk of getting caught up in it though and being another retard that retires at 69 and dies at 70.

i think buying a house is a bad idea. it adds onto static expenses that will force you to stay employed. if you're in a well paid profession and not living in SF or some other kike shithole i think the loss of equity in renting is more than made up for by not being tied down.

This is partly true though. If you go to the military, actually go to combat, and come back not disfigured, you are guaranteed to not be a nobody. It's easy as fuck to get and keep a job as a Vet, you will learn some discipline as well as get and stay fit for PT checks.
