If you're looking for more accurate personality metrics, the big five is definitely the way to go.
Aside from being the most commonly accepted form of personality test from a scientific perspective, it also has the very useful neuroticism trait, which is essentially sensitivity to negative emotion. It's pretty much a gauge of how negatively one reacts to stressful situations, or maybe more accurately how sensitive one is to experiencing these kinds of emotions.
Basically, a neurotic person will tend to feel anxious and depressed more often than a non-neurotic person. This is a lot more specific than the Myers-Briggs shit, which tends to be non-specific and give every label possible a nice "role" to play in society, when in reality there's a lot of personality types that simply are simply not as 'good' as others.

Hey guys I need your help, I weight 150 pounds but I need to get a haircut badly, i have a small skull and really thick hair that grows fast. I'm usually a 3/10 but right now the long hair that's like a helmet on my head makes me look even uglier.
Anyways, the problem is I always dread getting my haircut because my mom takes me to some stupid normie place and I haven't had human contact in about 3 weeks so it'll be harder this time. And there's only about a 40% chance I'll get an old, black, or plain looking woman. So I've been stewing over this in the past month or so since Chris Cornell an heroed and just wanna kind of rant/ramble it out. I know some of you guys are just gonna write him off as a chad, but he has some of the most robot core lyrics out there. The guy sang about either depression, anxiety, loneliness, hopelessness, addiction, and suicide in most of his songs.
Anyways so whatever he finds fame and fortune, kicks his addictions, gets married, has kids. Seemingly he has it all, he was an idol and inspiration to me that maybe I can be content with sobriety and find happiness and better my life
Then at age 52 after a show he decides to hang himself out of nowhere. People are claiming it was his meds or whatever and he seemed happy as ever, but watching his last show you can tell he was gonna do it by some of the things he says. It just shocked me when I usually don't bat an eye at celebrity deaths, even when he had everything it still wasn't enough to escape the bleakness inside.
If Chris Cornell couldn't escape his demons, what chance to I have?
