This advice is riddled with errors and a general lack of understanding of basic principles of botany, but it's close enough. If illiterate mountain dwelling uyghurs can do it so can you. It's really retard proof in terms of the learning curve. Just dive into it and you'll learn way more actually doing it than reading guides and books because you'll get a dopamine kick out of actually producing something tangible and you'll actually remember what you're learning.
