A bit of advice for you, man:

1) Eat less. That shit is hard to do, though. Count those calories and make sure don't eat more than your metabolism can burn. It's rough when there's always snacks around, but its easy with a system. For example. I only allow myself to eat between 12-2 pm and 6-8 pm. its been working well. This is the main thing.
2) Exercise. Take a walk. Pop in some headphones, look at how beautiful of a day it is outside. 30 minutes, tops, and that's all you really need if you're eating right (eating under your metabolism).
3) don't give up, but also don't make it too hard. This is a gradual thing, anon, with large payoffs. I believe in you, anon. God bless.

The important thing to remember about work, and really life in general, is that it will be a constant struggle. The struggle is important because it molds your character.

If you have been a neet for two years it means you have a support network. It means your not going to be homeless if you don't land a job (any job) asap. This is good.

However, don't be picky about choosing a job, or for the type of work. Simply go out and get some work. Get moving. Have a schedule to keep.

I was a neet for a while and my body, also my mind, forgot how it is supposed to function. It took months to regain the strength to work full time and to not be constantly tired.
