I live in Sweden, one of the coldest countries on Earth, and still, I'm sweating like a god damn pig in summer.
My clothes get all soaked in sweat. Even if I wear two T-shirts, both get soaked. What the hell is wrong with me? Do I have some kind of disease? It's disgusting and embarrassing as fuck.

Thanks I guess. It didn't solve my social anxiety whatsoever, it just prolonged the inevitable therapy I had to take. I mean, it is a good skill to have and it's way easier than learning an entirely new language. Probably more difficult for people who aren't visual learners but I am a visual learner so it was EZmode. I also met a really cool hard of hearing dude at college thanks to it.

Go running. It's a lot better for mood, motivation and to prevent depression/lack of motivation.
