Hello And welcome to the Shadowrun quest !

Shadowrun is a science fantasy tabletop role-playing game set in a near-future fictional universe in which cybernetics, magic and fantasy creatures co-exist. It combines genres of cyberpunk, urban fantasy and crime, with occasional elements of conspiracy fiction, horror and detective fiction.

The title is taken from the game's main premise – that corporate espionage runs rampant in a near-future setting. A shadowrun – a successful data theft or physical break-in at a rival corporation or organization – is one of the main tools employed by both corporate rivals and underworld figures.

I will use such a system to create your character, but thankfully for you, it does not require any knowledge of the system for players ! All character creating decisions will be made through backround choices so don't worry. I'll just write in the end a run down version of your dice pool and how the rolls system works.

You leave your last class for the day, Latin, and procede to leave your high school. You're a senior, and summer is coming rapidly. You can't wait for school to be over, as well as highschool. You might not be as setup for success like your sisters, who go to a special boarding school that takes them all the way for college, but with your grades you aren't really worried about getting into a college. Also, you excel at languages and math, and you know that colleges eat that shit up. Tonight your sisters are visiting from school, and you're kind of excited. The first day is always akward; your little sister acts as though you might shatter like a thin pane of glass when you see them, out of jealousy for them getting to go to a special school, while the older tends to treat you like a bug on the wall- something ugly to be ignored, or maybe swatted.

Truth be told, you are a little jealous; after all they get to go to a very prestigous school and you're stuck going to a public high school, and- most frustrtatingly- you never even got the option to go to apply for their school. Your parents just told you you didn't have the 'talents' need to go there. Joke's on them- you have a 4.3 GPA and are already taking advanced college classes while in high school, like the Latin class you just left, or calculus. Not that that has ever made them blink an eye at you- they always wear an expression mixed of your older sisters dissappointment and your younger sister's pity when you talk about your ability at school, no matter how much effort you put into the classes.

But now you have a secret one up- last month you found three books in a used bookstore- one in Latin, one in a language you can't decipher, and one in what you determined to be Gothic. The last you have to translate slowly as you learn the languages using available resources on the web, the middle's origin you thought you would be able to find out with some help from google, but so far have found absolutely nothing about, but the first you can read readily since you've been taking Latin since you were a freshman. It claims to be a book about learning magic, and at first you were doubtfull on it's authenticity. Hell, most of the pages ended up being blank- until you decieded to follow the instructions on the first page, which told you to place a drop of blood on its cover and recite "Libro meo".

Your dropship lands, no it rather falls from a height of 3 meteres on the soil of this Emperor-forsaken colony. You already tug on your holster to teach the pilot a lesson, but manage to control your rage, you will need it soon.
The hatch shifts and blinding reflections of sunlight on snow hits your eyes. This planets name has long been forgotten, vanished somewhere in the stellar records of the Imperial library. Your rage wells up again as you remember that this here is a penal assignment for "overstepping your boundaries" on the battlefield. The guard is too weak nowadays, back in your days hunting orks who pillaged farms was the responsibillity of a good wife, now you can not expect a space marine to do the job properly.
You hastily make your way through the snow and approach the big tent in the outpost, expecting to find the local command there. You see a few guards around a campfire, hopeless individuals. One of them is shaking, obviously a result of a hangover, the other is trying to clean the focal lens of his laser rifle, you visibly cringe as you can hear how it cracks under his maladjusted pressure. You decide to just stare ahead and march to the tent, otherwise you will kill somebody.
You step into the warmth of the tent and see an old Sergeant who flips through some book and seems to be taking notes. The gray haired man seems to be the only beacon of discipline around, but that is more than one can ask for at this place.
He immediately notices your red coat and stern gaze and jumps up saluting: "Sir, I am glad to welcome you at our outpost, sir!"
You hint a smile of satisfaction and sign him to proceed. He goes over the papers on his table and pulls out a batch of documents, after cleaning his throat he proceeds: "I will have to ask you to fill out this form, I am sorry to inconvenience you with the bureaucracy, but command insists."
You take the form and observe the contents, it is easy enough, just a sign in form for a millitary camp:

You're Tony Stark. In the last twenty-four hours, you fought five extremis enhanclies, a byproduct of Maya Hansen and Aidrick Killian's research, who commited suicide.

The last enhancile beat you to an inch of your life and your suit was too slow for him. Voice-commands just don't cut it anymore, and neither do digital assistants. Also, you have a hole for a heart because the bastard puched your heart out. You have a minute to live and hope that the dose of extremis that Dr. Hansen gives you may save your life.

Darkness. Total Darkness. You can see nothing, hear nothing, taste nothing, feel nothing, smell nothing. It seems that even your sense of time is broken as you stay in this featureless black void. Then a voice cuts through the lack of sound like a blade through a paper crane. "Well well, what have we here? Looks like another one's stumbled into the dream castle!"

Castle? There's no Castle here. There isn't anything. You start to raise your voice to reply, but you can't move! You struggle with all your might, and finally manage to wrench your eyes open!

Wait, they were closed?

Anyway, you're staring at a grey-and-pink stone ceiling with a fairy-like creature hovering above you. It looks like a motherly old lady in a set of white robes, only with wings, and about the size of a soda can. "It's alright deary, I've got you. Let me give you a bit of an explanation while you settle in. You're asleep right now. This here is the Dream Castle, where young girls like yourself can come to when you fall asleep. Here, most disputes are settled with matches of a card game known as Castle Clash. Seeing as this is your first time here, you're gonna find it hard to move at first. To get things going, I'm gonna ask a few questions. First off, what's your name?"
