You grab a 2-foot length of pipe from your shed and resolve to commit as much destruction as you possibly can, starting with this pipe, before you are killed. You breathe a quiet prayer to the God-King Dubs as you walk into town, and inform him that you shall be seeing him soon.

Comes now the march of time, and the emergence of gods! The universe is still fairly new and in constant flux, with various gods appearing to attempt to bring order to the chaos... or not. However, can they get along and cooperate to bring the cosmos to peace and harmony, or will they tear it and themselves apart in conflict?

This is, The Age of Madness

>Choose a name and become a God, and roll 1d100 to speak the WORD and make things happen.
>Anonymous players form a Choir to praise or scorn the works of these Gods as they see fit.
>Every god must list their primary domains(max 3) and gets to assign 30 points between them to be used as a bonus for rolls related to these domains.
>They additionally get 5 points per subdomain of these primaries to assign to their subdomains as they see fit.
>Any divine actions made (creation, destruction, etc...) that's entirely unrelated to the gods' chosen domains receive a penalty of 20 to all rolls.
>Each god additionally has a "Mantle of Power", a title that reflects their true divine self and a single thing that only THEY can do.

And don't forget to roll a d100 when choosing your god and domain, to determine your initial divine power!

You leave behind the candle as you can clearly move through this room without worrying about missing/hitting something and head over to the figure lying on it's side first.

Despite it's humanoid looking appearance, its actually either a robot, a cyborg or an android. You can tell this due to the fact it is built incomplete as one of it's arms and legs have nothing on them, exposing the metal skeleton with one of it's arm having a label reading

"Property of C.I.A.S.T.H security"

It also lacks a mouth and it's "eyes" are lenses.

That said, it's been wrecked up by someone. It's "head' has been caved in and one of it's "eyes" have been cracked, both possibly caused by several strikes to it's "cranium". Several wires are sticking out of it and it is leaking a brown oily substance all over the floor. Your pretty sure who ever did this not only killed it, but overkilled it.

You don’t, and rather than obey your mother you much prefer glaring at her. You know it’s not her fault you were forced to abandon your real home, your friends and your maybe-soon-to-be prospective first boyfriend, but she needs to learn that stuff like that won’t fly without consequences.

“I’m sick. I can’t go to school, it’s just too hot here. And it smells.”
“You’re not, you’re definitely going, and well, yes. To both. But you’ll get used to it.”
“What if I don’t? Can we go back home then?” you ask. You’re not a child anymore, but you can’t help but hang onto any small glimmer of hope you find.
“When your father is finished with his job here,” she says, settling comfortably in a discussion both of you already had a number of times.
“But... Oh, fine,” you relent and get up to go up to your room.

Your mother just smiles at you, and returns to feeding Alan, who spectated the whole exchange wide-eyed. You do your squirrel-face at your little brother and send him into his usual fit of laughter, complete with splashes of his tiny hand into his pumpkin soup.

“God, Alan! Why can’t you stay still for once? This is a new shirt!”

You smirk at the back of your mother’s head, and make your way up to the second floor to prepare for your first day of school in this swelter, saying hello to the other Alan—the bodyguard one—on the way. You grab the uniform hanging from your door, and smooth the poster of Munshin in his classic costume before putting down the accursed outfit on your bed to glare at it.

Gah, it even has tights and a bow tie, in this freaking heat.
