Anyhow Welcome to Chargin Chuck RPG. Where you the anon right there are the Chargin Chuck on a quest to gather all 8 of legendary footballs to promptly smash Bowsers' shit. Last time we agreed to help out madam Fiore with her daddy issues while our pals Rocky and Ivan sneak through the base of Mobster boss Carne.

Here is the post from the last post I made

"Ivan decides to take the koopa shell not caring whether or not the koopa was in it and grabs hold of Rocky as he carries him while invisible past the raging gloomigler and the minions trying to calm it down.

we change scenes back to Chuck as he enters what appears to be a warehouse as he hears a familiar nasally voice echo in the distance.

"THAT'S THE GUY MR. CARNE SIR THATS THE GUY WHO BEAT ME UP AND KILLED MY CLOUD! AND TOOK YOUR FOOTBALL" it was lakithunda, now sporting a fancy flying saucer he appears to be with a slick looking piranha plant and the Chuckgloom from earlier. The piranha plant speaks.

Carne: So you're the one who gave my poor lakithunda a thrashing eh? Well I don't think that was very nice of you, even more so finding out you've been with my daughter this whole time. Now i am a man of business and I can make all of this go away if you simply give me the football you took."

Chuck stands there as he simply doesn't seem to give a fuck about what he just said.

Carne: "So that is your answer huh? WELL TIME TO MAKE YOU SLEEP WITH THE CHEEP-CHEEPS!"

The battle begins and the odds are not in your favor, whatever you have planned you better make it count."

Omega Taunt time

"Carne when I'm done with you, I'll be the only one Fiore calls Daddy."

"Hey nerd, I see you got a new nerd mobile. What your mama go dig you one out of the garbage? Man, just go give yourself a wedgie and save us all some time."

"Chuckgloom, one Chuck to another, you seem like a cool guy. How about we bully these news and go get some drinks?"

Then throw Chuckgloom at Lakithunda while his guard is down.

Your name is Petrus somethingorother and you are a young lad who has traveled to the grand city of Atroke to serve House Laval as a red alchemist. Last time, you found some basic living accomidations and were almost immediately mugged by an agent of The Lady Lorenta.

We battled in a small tauren camp when we were separated. She held three of the Bristlebacks off by herself. But the odds began to overwhelm us.
I led some away only to see her overwhelmed by newcomers. In my rage, I turned to face my enemies, but they brought me down easily with their vast numbers.

I awoke to a tauren druid tending my wounds. He had come across me on the Gold Road as I fell.

"I am telling you Hopkins, the blue suit looks way better on you. Sack the black one. Dorothy will love it.." Officer Jim was interrupted with a dispatch call

An 187, Almond St. in Ruby Hills.

Your partner stepped on it, the siren soared in this peaceful Sunday late night. Soon, you reached the crime scene.

Looks like someone was caught redhanded

A Negro.

Pinned down by two civilians who were enraged for an obvious reason.

A little girl, no more than fourteen years old was stripped and spread out in the house next to this negro, the door was broken. A devastated mother was on her knees at the front door unable to accept this reality. She wore a fancy black dress.

The one who you assumed to be the father was landing solid hits on the negro while the other civilian was pinning him down. You knew your partner, Jim. He had a thing or two for those coloured folks, he would surely join beating the hell out of this negro.

Sirens echoed in this perturbed neighborhood. More officers would surely join you and your partner.

>Wait till other officers join you and your partner.
>Go to the mother, try to calm her down. Let Jim handle the negro.
>Beat up the negro with the father.

>Strengthen the field into a magical workshop

"We should build our workshop first. Once we have strong defences, we can move onto attacking"
"A wise choice, if I say so myself. I recon it might take longer than what daylight remains, still it should not matter."

Väinämöinnen hands you his wooden staff.
"I will require you help. You are familiar with northern runes, yes?"
"I have basic knowledge of them from my days of study at the clock tower... But as they aren't related to either wind or fire magic, I did not practice them"
"That is quite alright, I will dictate what to trace and where."

With that, Caster sits down cross-legged in the center of the stone field and slowly plays from the kantele.

You spend the afternoon running around the field tracing runes in various places, forming spirals and geometric shapes, the meaning of which you can't quite understand.
Of course, you recognise minor spells and effects: a strengthening rune here, a defensive one there, and so on.

Periodically, the field lights up with golden sparks and strong pulses of light flash into the sky, illuminating the clouds like lightning.
"Sorry boy, I wish I could stop it, but that is the nature of my songs, a bring light in the darkness."
"Well I hope it doesn't bring unwanted attention, although it probably will..."

For safety, you cast a simple warding spell around the area.

The work continues past dusk, yet what seem like small golden fireflies keep the sanctuary illuminated.

At about 11pm, you sense a familiar tingling in the back of your head: the boundary field you cast earlier.
You keep your cool and look around, you don't see anything, but you can feel the presence of a weak magical being keeping watch.

It's hot and dark. So fucking hot and dark. It's also probably hiding Japs somewhere but you and your Marines have been fighting and killing those slanty-eyed rats ever since you landed on this pathetic fucking island so no shit.

You grip your M1 tighter and start creeping towards that suspicious cave your squad passed earlier, the one with all the vegetation camo and booby-traps all laid in front. If your experience on this volcanic shitstain means anything, Jap infiltrators are going to creep out from it past midnight and try to slit the throats of some of your boys.

Fuck. That. Those yellow monkeys aren't ever gonna get the chance! Not on your watch!

Your feet make soft ruffling noises against the shredded kunai grass, and an assortment of insects you've never heard of skitter past your feet or cling to your clothes and face. You hold back your disgust for now, killing Japs right now matters more than killing a few bugs even if they're getting bigger and bigger.

Only thirty yards to go.

Your boys are back in their foxholes, either trying their best to sleep and failing or keeping watch around them with weary eyes. Nobody would want you to clear the cave yourself, you're too valuable for that kind of shit. But you also won't risk anybody dying because the clean-up crew were too pussy to clear this cave properly so you're fucking doing it yourself.

Alright, here we are. The cave is large, much larger than most would expect on such a tiny island, and judging by the utter blackness you find peeking into it, it goes much deeper also.

You slowly stalk into the cave, strictly hugging the right-side wall and keeping your M1 on your shoulder just in case you run into some tabi-wearing, squinty-eyed katana carrying Tojo on your way down.

After what seems like an eternity, you feel the cave start to even out and become a flatter surface instead of a rather steep down slope.

That was the good news. The bad news is that you may or may not be lost in the dark in a fucking piece of shit island and none of your men know where you are. Oh well. You've gotten through worse.

Soon however, you hear the sound of screaming and flesh being struck from further ahead thanks to the echo effect the cave has so graciously provided you.
The noises got louder and louder after you spent a few minutes finding the correct direction, which for you was towards the screaming because by the Lord if those were Jap torturers you were going to push their filthy yellow shit in.

Then you come into a clearing, where by the light of some lanterns, you see a hooded figure being whipped by a Jap soldier with a fancy uniform. Yep. You were going to kill some apes today.

This option doesn't seem the best due to the fact that the element of surprise is likely the only thing we have going for us. The filthy nip buttmonkey probably has some friends, so we should shoot his brains out, quickly grab the tortured dude, and run before we're caught by any more nips.

Follow the life of MC-kun, the male protagonist of a clichéd romcom action shounen show.

He is sick of all the clichés he faces everyday.

He wakes up in the morning in the nude, with his clothes not in sight. Then he notices her little sister clinging into him, also naked. Then proceeds to greet him:

"Good morning, MC-kun!~"

"That does it. I swear that I will kill every last on of these clichés and break free from these walls." He thought to himself.

He hears her older sister closing in on the door. This is obviously the "walk into the room and see you with another girl naked" scene.

"Oh~? What's up friiieeeend? Did you see something Hannah didn't~? o<:D"

"...No. It's nothing." You retort in reply, shining the light away as you continued to walk. It must have been something you glimpsed on the corner of your eye; nothing important, after all. "Mhmmm~! Okie Dokie Artichokie friend~! :D" Hannah continued to walk, marching flailing her arms to and fro as she hummed. Was it just getting used to her shenanigans? Or was it mostly just the fact you managed to tolerate her?

Past the doors that Hannah pointed to, you continued to walk where the drywall soon became the coarse concrete of the basement area. "The parking's over thereee~! Hannah thinks the Generator's thataway~! :3" She pointed, as you two walked.

"Say, Friend. Hannah's wondering...where are you from~? This is your first time meeting Hannah, right~?" It then hit you. Was it possible that no one here knew who you were before? That may be a problem...

>We resume our adventure across the barren wastes of Carcerum

In the past few months, everything you know has changed. You were once just another child trudging through the rubble of the Carcerum Underhive, but now you've become a part of something greater than yourself. You and your friends had slain a huge creature, an Allisan Lion, and in the process, proved your worth to become one of the Horned Lions, a Chapter of Space Marines. You and your friends had become initiates – except for Sen, who reacted poorly to the gene-seed implantation process, and become... sick. At Apothecary Fatho's prompting, you euthanized Sen, and learned the first lession that the Horned Lions have to give: a clean death in the Emperor's service is the finest reward. You, however, have reacted magnificently to the gene-seed process, putting on a foot and half of height and over 50 kilograms in raw muscle in only a few months.

About 12 hours ago, you were dropped off alone in the blasted wastes of Carcerum to complete the Hunt – a mysterious kind of pilgrimage that it seems like all Initiates must survive. You have found four plinths, steel pillars, all of which had pointed the way to the next, and survived these initial challenges, although not without some struggle. Your last escape was a daring thing – trapped in a cave network and surrounded by vile crablike xenos, you fled to the nearest plinth and discovered that the steel rod itself was some kind of escape rocket. Holding tightly, you rose into the air on a jet of fire and just barely escaped the collapsing cave network. Crashing into massive sand dunes, and tumbling down the sides, you escaped any serious injury, but you've been badly bloodied and scraped in general. You recovered your scattered equipment, and checking the side of the steel plinth that you rode on, discovered that the next objective was many kilometers to the east. It's been over an hour, but you've seen no sign of the next steel plinth at all.

Im ready Brother, may the Emperor grace us with his Guidance this day
>>
>>311379

You've narrowly escaped death more than once already: the plinth that might have severed your arm in a test of faith, the narrow escape from the caves with monstrous xenos in hot pursuit. Shaking your head as you stumble down a dark sand-dune, you realize that not even an hour ago, you fell out of the sky on a flaming jet, and you're only sore - the bleeding from your scrapes stopped before you could even bandage properly, your blood bright red even in the dusk of Carcerum.

The gene-seed is truly stronger than you could have ever believed. Your new form is seemingly not of this world - stronger, than you could have ever imagined. And yet the process has only just started. You have many more implants to go, or so Apothecary Fatho has stated. You can only imagine what bizarre powers you will come to master as you become a full Brother of the Horned Lions.

Nonetheless, you stay alert as best you can with weariness setting into your bones. You've been marching previously so far in your journey - almost at a jog, but you can tell that you're nearing even your more-than-human limits. If you want to keep pushing yourself, it's going to be draining you. And all the while, the chronometer is ticking gently down to 100 hours. You haven't the slightest idea what will happen when the timer reaches zero, but you're not sure you want to find out. You don't take Karlat to be a forgiving trainer. Best not to disappoint, if you can manage.

Your gaze flicks over the horizon - but nothing sighted yet. You keep walking and try to stay focused.

Well shit.

You are an imp standing at about 5 feet tall and you're in place you don't recognize as being hell. It's not on fire and doesn't smell of rotting flesh. The ground isn't muscle tissue and screams don't fill the air. From what you've heard the place you're in fits the description of earth.

Around you are trees and plant life and you maybe saw an animal. The area is rather peaceful until gunfire breaks out north of you. This provokes you to dash yourself towards those sounds until the plant life stops blocking your view. In the distance are humans firing at other humans. From what you can tell it's not battle but instead a firing squad.

Liana steps into the old truck and slides herself onto the passenger side of the wide bench seat, looking around as Skunkbro simply phases into the cab through the back window. "Wow..." she remarks, looking at the brown crushed velvet upholstry and rolled-up yoga mat keeping her from placing her feet down in any kind of comfortable way, "Did Richard Simmons die and give you his truck?" You grumble a long-suffering groan to yourself as you reach over and pull your dad's tube of shame from the floorboard to let Liana put her feet down. This is your primary mode of transportation, and you hang out with athletes that moonlight as smartasses; this isn't even close to the first time you've caught flack for the decor your mother picked out. You apologize for your father's yoga mat, which you deposit in the yoga mat behind the seats before starting the truck. The drive to the cemetary is uneventful, and you pull up outside the cemetary gates and open your door to get out, but Liana seems hesitant. "I thought we were going to the cemetary on the other side of town..." She says, looking out the window at the old wrought-iron gates protecting the headstones. You didn't even think about it when you asked her to come with you, but there's another cemetary on the other side of town. All of the headstones here are old because any funerals that happen these days are conducted over there. Liana looks back at you with a pleading look in her eyes. "I'm sorry Micheal, but can we leave? I... I-I don't think it's a good idea to go in here..."

Welcome back to Modern Necromancy Quest! Your name is Michael Remic and you are a track star and aspiring profaner of the dead!
In the last thread(s), you took a trip to the shared apartment of LIANA, the SEER you met at freshman orientation, and her older sister RACHEL, the ENCHANTRESS. While you were there, LIANA temporarily shared the power of a SEER with you, and you enabled her to see SKUNKBRO, your summoned SHADE of a skunk you found dead on the side of the road. She told you about her tragic backstory, became your friend, and agreed to come use her gift to look at JACOB'S GRAVE. You and LIANA are on your way to look at the grave right now!

Ask her what's the problem first, though.

Well, besides the tinge of eerie gothic style horror during this car ride, anyway.

Also, ask her what she's seeing.

After that, see if there's anything going on at the other place. Couldn't hurt to check that place out for possible interesting shades to raise.

The bell rings nearby from the side of a school. A bunch of kids come outside and start yelling and screaming. Probably some sort of early recess. You respond to Richard's text, asking him what news hes talking about. Goddamn, it could be anything.

You take a moment, collect yourself, take a deep breath, and mentally unwind for a second. Just take a quick moment.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UYSoLt3fFrU

You never know.

So let's see, you woke up in a panic, had a sort of... chaotic episode with Becca. Got dressed, headed down to the site and there wasn't shit waiting for you. Well, save for the potential fucking ambush in broad daylight. Those fuckers didn't expect for you to put up that sort of fight. Man, it felt great.

Goddamn, hopping that fence felt easy, you know? Like a week ago you weren't hopping fences. You were hardly hopping. Now look at you. Jeez.

You're probably a solid three blocks plus from the site.

*ding*

"I cant believe you aint heard! shit is nuts..."

He goes on, explaining how there's some crazy shit going on with "el desmucho or something idk". They are apparently were, again quoting him "settin up all these little businesses to recruit and shit" and "there was protests and shit about how they holin' in in buildings and ruining property."

Jesus fuck. Seeing this on your cracked screen, you scroll up and down to make sure you read that right. Goddamn.

You make a phone call to your boss. It rings for a solid 45 seconds, then just hangs up, no voicemail.

Motherfucker.

You slump down and sit, propped up against a brick wall across the street from a school on the Southside. "Marcus E. Stanhope Academy."

Fuck. So you were getting played...?

God.

You bend your head down, shielding your screen from the light, and text Rich back.

"How you know this?"

All you can manage to send.

Looking back up you take a deep breath. You hear footsteps to your right and don't even bother looking. Just sort of staring into the sun.

"You okay, stranger?"

It's a female voice. None you've heard of before.

"Nah, can't say I'm doing fantastic."

She extends a hand. It's tan, well manicured for the most part. Looking up the attached arm, she's dressed nicely in business attire and a pair of stockings. She looks to be about 22, maybe 23. Very pretty, lovely black-rimmed glasses.

"I'm Emily. I work at the school. What's the matter?"

*ding*

>Check text and ignore her.
>"What's it to you?"
>"Lot of crazy shit's been going down."
>"Feeling a bit betrayed is all."
>Write-in.

Sup /qst/

This is the continuation of the Skaven thread quest from last week. We'll be continuing from where we left off, and I'll post the stats below. If you're interested in playing, simply state two actions that you want to civ to take this turn. Each turn is equal to one month in game, and the civ gets two actions per turn. Actions include researching tech, moving and attacking with military (Combat rolls not included in turns) and basically anything that could feasibly be done in a month. Longer buildings and tech research can take a few turns. Y'all vote on two actions for the turn, and me or the Dice Pope roll 2d100's and add any specific bonuses to them to determine their outcomes.

Month 2 of Year two

Stat Block: Skaven

Melee: Struggle (-5 to all melee rolls)+3 (Military training)
Ranged: Average (+0)+3 (Military Training)
Breeding: Exceptional (+5 to all breeding, significant bonus to population growth)
Magic: Exceptional (+10 to all magic rolls, +10 to all plague rolls)
Diplomacy: Struggle (-5 to all Diplomacy rolls, -10 to all rolls for dwarfs)
Stealth: Exceptional (+5 to all stealth rolls)
Building: Struggle (-5)
Hunting: Average (+0)
Special Modifiers: Pestilence: Start with Plague Mage, bonuses to all Plague Magic
Low Morale: Easily effected by corruption, fear, hunger, or civil unrest. Skaven are anarchistic by nature. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
