You are a big bad dude. You carved out your own compact realm in the middle of Palemurk, the most Skelly-infested, Zombie-zababoed demon-defiled region this side of the ruins of the Great Wall.
It all started about a year ago for you, and you never expected things to happen so fast, and despite your ambition, you did have your doubts you'd make it this far.
You are the de facto ruler of Fort Whiterock, your own fortified hamlet in some ancient ruins that you can't be assed to remember of. You and your men (no girls allowed) have built the place up to be a nice center for your operations here.
Speaking of which, why ARE you in the middle of the most Werewolf-walloped, Vampire-voracious TERRIBLE region this side of anywhere?!
>To subjugate the forces of Evil!
>To build a thriving and rich citadel where nobody thought possible!
>To isolate your followers for their indoctrination into the cult of YOU!
>To exploit the region for its natural resources!
>Because you like the weather!
>Something else!
Well? Why are you here?!

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...

Star Wars: Grand Admiral Quest

The empire is in chaos! Following the death of Emperor Sheev Palpatine aboard the nearly complete second death star, the rebel forces have gained a great amount of power and influence. Many grand admirals of the imperial fleet have been found and executed.
With no one to look to for leadership, the remaining grand admirals have been labeled as possible replacements for the emperor. One grand admiral would have to prove himself greater than all others to claim command of the empire.

You were a stormtrooper once. You served bravely during the early days of the rebellion and quickly climbed the ranks. Now you're a grand admiral in command of his own fleet. Specifically, you control two Imperial I-class Star Destroyers, one Imperial II-class Star Destroyer, and five thousand TIE fighters.
You've been floating through space for hours, patroling the outer rim. You haven't run into any ships; this area sees very little traffic. It's one of the most likely areas for rebel transport according to your advisor.
"Grand admiral, an approaching ship has been detected by our scanners," one of your underlings says. "What is your command?"

>Send out a few TIE fighters to contact the vessel.
>Send a strike force to eliminate the vessel. They're probably rebels.
>Capture the ship and bring the captain to me for questioning.

In cases of a tie I'll defer to the earliest post.

"Capture the ship and bring the captain to me for questioning."
"Yes, sir."
After some time passes, a human male in his late twenties is brought to you. He's in binds.
"What's the meaning of this?" He demands.
"I will do the questioning. What is your name?"
"Jabba the Hutt. Who are you?"
"What is the nature of your travel?"
"I was making a delivery of droid parts."
"In this part of the galaxy?"
"I prefer taking the scenic route."

>Order the prisoner to be taken to a torture chamber.
>Order the prisoner's ship searched.
>Let him go.

You are about to be put in a dungeon filled with magic and monsters! But first, pick a character out of the four in the picture, or make one yourself I guess.

Danny: Surfer dude, pretty laid back kind of guy. +10 starting HP, +5 extra HP on level up, -10 EXP from anything that gives you EXP. -3 starting INT.

Clay: Scientist working at Caltech. Smart guy, but pretty awkward. Tends to overthink things. +10EXP from anything that gives you EXP, +2 INT, +1 extra INT on level up, -3 starting STR.

Jill: A young farm-girl, you know how to get shit done. +5 starting HP, +2 starting STR, +1 extra STR on level up, can befriend animals more easily.

Jasmine: The CEO of a large corporation. You have spent most of your life in luxury. +2 starting items, monsters always drop loot, and have a small chance of dropping an extra item! +2 starting CHA, +1 extra CHA on level up, -3 starting STR, Sometimes a stat other than CHA might not go up when you level up.

Ran this quest before, but it kind of died (meaning that I got bored of it. ) but i'm sure it will work out his time! Because reasons!

As the leader of your people you have decisions to make. Most of them have great impact on the lives of your following. Choose wisely.

The fertile season has come and past letting place to the swollen season and now the birthing season. Usually your people stop their ride to let the women give birth and recover forces but where you find yourself isn't the usual spot. The open Steppe surrounds your position instead of the protective mother-hills, no water runs nearby and the hunt is poor.

Many are those who urge you to move on for another moon turn, one of them is a renowned hunter only second to your father, his words are wise and open your eyes on the important of moving forward regardless of the season. As you consider his words the eldest of elders tells you that your wife will not be able to go on, he suggest that your order stop until she gives birth to your son.

There is your first decision and surely not the last.

>We move on, my father would have agreed with the fierce hunter.
(We move on to the secure mother-hills, suffering&tears awaits us on the path)
>Here, we put down our tents to recover our forces.
(We settle in the open steppe, the area hasn't been fully explored and it doesn't looks promising)

I rouse. For decades, I have been waiting to be set free. The shackles that have bound me are no more. It has been too long since I was able to see, but darkness no longer covers my eyes. A dark smoke smothers the room as I twist and turn, adjusting to my aching body. I run my fingers down my sharp, red hair. Only when I reach my curved horns do I stop brushing it.

I turn around – breasts slightly swaying. My figure is fully exposed. I flaunt my bare skin without so much as a blush. With a coy smile, I speak.

“Was it you who summoned me?” Slightly covering my lower half with my hand, I narrow my gaze and lick my lips. “For your blood and soul, I could give you pleasure no man has ever... ever... wait, where are you?”

I completely stop my monologue. I swing my head around, looking for the person who summoned me into the world. But there is no one in sight. Save for some furniture, I am completely alone in the room.

“Oh, for the love of...” I grumble, muttering a few obscenities under my breath. The nerve of some people, standing up a demon as lovely and powerful as me.

I take a quick look around. The design of the room is purely ornamental – too flimsy and too small to fit anything bigger than a couple of humans. I catch a glimpse of a conspicuous piece of paper lying on top of the table.

I blink. My Devil's Associate Number is 4304. An unmistakable blotch of blood smeared the bottom. There is no doubt that this abominable piece of paper is my contract. I reel back and moan – and not the good, sexy kind.

Me, a succubus, I seethe, stuck in fucking jury duty.

But something so trivial won't stop me. It's time for Dickings Quest, no stop on the lewd train. Unfortunately, I don't have much time – I'm done here once my contract ends. Looks like I'm going to have to be efficient on the hunt for penis.

Grumbling some more, I swipe the juror notice off the table and pace around in distress. I wiggle my hips as I walk back and forth, making sure to bounce my breasts up and down as well. Even if nobody sees, I can't really stop myself. It's only natural.

Anyway. First things first.

You stare down at the papers in front of you, while many in your place would feel shocked. You find yourself suppressing a smile, maybe you were being shipped back out to the fleet! Just as you think this, the commander starts talking again.

"Since you 2 knuckle-heads apparently can't read. I'll read your orders for you." He picked up a document from behind his desk and began reading from it. "Due to growing tensions with the USSR, all experienced US navy pilots are to be brought into front line units. As such, Lieutenant Bradly Poole is to be transfered from VF-126 to VF-21. He is to transfer with his RIO and F-14 Tomcat. Effective immediately."

Your transfer papers mirrored exactly what you had said, and this was great news! For the past few flights you and Zeus had been flying an older model F-4 Phantom. Now you could fly your old bird as part of the fleet.

"You've heard your orders. Your aircraft will be transferred in the C-5 that you're flying out on. Grab your stuff and get moving." The sound of the commander's voice snapped you back to your surroundings. You calmly stand up and salute him.

"Yes sir, do you know when the transport is leaving?" You say this and the commander looks at you with a look of annoyance.

"Pilot, do you need me to read you everything?" He asks you in disbeleif, you open your mouth to answer but Zeus cuts you off.

"I think you have to sir, with him not being able to read and everything." He says smugly. The commander graciously doesn't yell at Zeus, but he does do an impressive impression of an angry fish gasping for air before he composes himself.

"Your transport leaves in 2 hours. Grab your gear and head to the hangers. It's the only C-5 on the base so you can't miss it." He pauses for a second, before smugly adding. "Actually, considering that neither of you can read it's well within the realms of possibility that you don't know what a C-5 looks like. So just look for the BIG grey plane with droopy wings!"

"Yes sir, big plane with droopy wings." You humour him before grabbing your papers and leaving with Zeus in tow. With your remaining time on base now measured in hours rather than months, you have a lot to do.

You are Kraton Reed, Jedi Lord of Telos IV

At a time when the Republic was merely a shadow of its former self and the Sith terrorized much of the Galaxy, you chose to strike back. Breaking from protocol, you gathered together a small group of likeminded Jedi Knights and raised your own army. You launched a crusade against the Sith Empire and managed to liberate the Outer Rim world of Telos IV. The people of this world now look upon you as their Lord and their protector in these dark times…

After a hard fought battle, it seems victory is finally at hand here on the isolated world of Ferro. It took many hours of bombardment and a fierce battle between thousands of soldiers, but the Sith have been beaten back to their underground base. Even now, your men along with your allies from the Republic are storming the base while you and fellow Jedi Kota Vam oversee the battle from the surface.

>52

Your soldiers, along with your Republic allies, breach deep down inside the base and engage the Sith Defenders in vicious close quarters combat. Your forces carry the momentum form their victory on the surface, but eventually they begin to become bogged down in the fighting. The narrow corridors of the Sith Base provide many opportunities for the defenders to entrench themselves as they defiantly inflict scores of casualties on your men. The battle is still in your favor, but they are not making it easy for you.

Taking a moment to rest and recover from your injuries, the two of you are now engaging in a short respite of meditation. You had just contacted the Mandalorian Commandos leading the defense of the base, appealing to them to lay down their arms and follow you instead. It remains to be seen whether they will take up your offer and join you or fight till the bitter end, but you remain hopeful as you patiently await their response.

In the mean time, you sit and meditate inside your war tent beside Kota Vam…

>What does Kraton Reed meditate on during this brief respite?

>The Mandalorians you seek to sway to your side?
>The State of affairs back on Telos IV?
>How you can become a more powerful force on the battlefield?
>The Sith Lord Ramana, whose forces you’ve primarily been fighting?
>The Sith Lord Dalca, who had sent Arlia to assassinate you?
>Your old master

Welcome to the Gold Coast.

It is the Fourth Era, year 231. The Civil War in Skyrim has ended with a Stormcloak victory due to the intervention of the Dragonborn. Morrowind has repulsed the Argonian invasion, and are preparing for a counter-attack.

However, none of this concerns you.

You are low on the rung of life. You hold no power, no influence, no wealth. You have decided to rebuke your former life, and strike out as an Adventurer in the city of Anvil on the Gold Coast.

First things first, It's a little dusty, what race are you?

After succeeded you then Accorded with the Curer of the Aniunakei, Ijana, to retrieve her daughter from the Far Jungle and return her safe and sound.

After being hunted by two spirits and securing an inky dark spirit into companionship you convinced the daughter, Nanali, to return with you. Upon your return you chose to part ways on good terms with your inky companion.
After receiving your promised reward you decided to bait a pirate captain named Davidge Gansaul into a deal heavily to your benefit, first with the condition of pacifying his ally Blackwren though you’ve left the deal open to further transitions.

Giving one last abyssal look to the defeated spirit you emit with an undercurrent of amusement, just as it regains some of its senses, that if it continues to stymie your own goals you’ll do much worst to it next time Flitting your view to refocus on Davidge in the twilight shadows under the great canopy you feel his nervous emanations as he walks unsteadily ahead. You’ve little patience for the idea having your commitment betrayed by his mortal weakness and so lurch the fading night forward and around his form, pressuring your solid searing darkness into firm coalescence alongside his shadows.

Churning jungle dirt in his wake you forward him along the cut path with little grace, forcing his movements with harsh nightwreathed momentum, the trees and ferns shearing into a dusky blur as you aid his movements far past mortal limitations. You feel the focused emanations of your Aniunakei pursuer’s, they’ve grown uncertain but continue with haste along the great limbs of the fungi jungle. They’re much faster than both your pirate accorded and Uluwehi, and though you emit nothing outwardly you feel a small dread grow within you as the pirate seems to weaken from exertion with sudden panting, but regain confidence as you see the well-lit entrance to his cove.

There’re several guards now, unlike last time, affixed with tight masks upon their mouths and rousing themselves from half-attentions as they see Davidge wreathed in shadows bounding madly past the many torches the entrance. Noticing the emanations of your pursuers end outside the cave in frustration you free the blue faced pirate from your shadows and deposit yourself unseen in his shadows just as one of the astonished guards removes his cloth mask roughly.

“Captain,” he stammers, “what the hell was that?” He looks down at your sweating panting accorded, who only puts up a high raised arm with one raised finger alongside an emanation of victory.

“That is the power I came to these islands to obtain,” he fails to exclaim, stammering more than other as he rises unsteadily to his feet. “I need, just,” he waits to catch his breath while another guard walks close.

“How long were you in that jungle without a mask?” He asks demurely, eying Davidge with something of a concerned stare.

“Couple hours- nothing serious, this is just from running,” Davidge responds quickly. He waits a little longer, and then more confidently than before, “prepare the ship! I need to get to Blackwren,” he orders with a gruff shout, though only two of the three guards disperse into their cove. He follows after a minute or so, and strides as well as he can down the winding path of the cove with emanations of pain from all around his body.

You emit a small question as to his change of thoughts from before, as he had talked about waiting for Blackwren to return.

“I said he'll be mad if he returns but if I play my cards right he won't get that chance,” he whispers to the shadows in his wake, though not on the side where you’re actually standing. “He's gone to make port for his repairs and he's doing it on a loan to their shipyards,” he continues haltingly, then stopping to catch his breath along the dark path. “If i get there, sell the ingredients to my buyer ahead of time, and meet him with the payment while his ship's docked- well," he emits a questionable degree of confidence, “he'll probably be more convinced i wasn't trying to waste his time.” You emit the obvious- he’s not certain of his conclusions.

“Sure it's not definite, but it’s better than waiting for him come back and shit wind all over the cove doing who knows what kinds of damage to my operation.” His voice takes on its previously gruff tone, though his body still fails to sustain it. “Also, he's much less likely to engage in fighting," he stops himself with a thought, whispering this as he steps over some drunk rested against the cove’s shacks, "well, use magic to fight that is, if he's in a free port. There are few and it's something of a practical habit for most pirates, so I'll work it to my advantage.” He emits confidence at his conclusion as he steps unsteadily across the plank of his ship, stopping to take a breath as his men around him rush to preparatory activity.

He’s certain, but you wonder if that’s truly the best decision. He’s quite weakened, in body and soul, and another journey so soon may not be best. Though you ponder the other spirits in Ijana’s control, and that since Dani was accorded to keep the pirate in the village it’s likely she’ll be sending the fierce seajána and great skyjána after you, eventually. Though she may be more unwilling than her daughter to leave the island undefended, you consider your options

>Instead of his plan you’ll urge he remain in the cove and await the return of his ally.
>Agree and have him leave with haste; you don’t want to wait for what the Curer might be planning with her other spirits.
>Perhaps urge that he leaves at nightfall so that the onset of your journey in made through perfect darkness.
>Something else much considered. (write-in)

There's nothing to read on this ship except the official material of the Eidolon Battle Fleet and the Holy Sagas. The former is a mixture of technical manuals you're far too familiar with and very cagey news prints. What with it being a civil war and all, you certainly can't fault high command and the king-priests for explaining so little, but it does make for rather vague reading. As for the Holy Sagas, you learned most of the big stories as a child. They give a comforting sense of home, sometimes, but they do little to alleviate boredom, and all the stories to do with any of the rebel espers have taken an extremely dark new meaning.

This is the reason why you are reading your copy of your own enlistment papers.

Select Unit (choose one)

No surprise there. No previous military experience, no family legacy, no Sidhe endorsement. Despite the "stormtrooper" designation, your platoon doesn't have a single motorized vehicle, so you're not sure how mechanized the legion can really be. You've seen the armor while on guard duty in the deployment bay of Minerva I, the group's not quite capital class flagship, so this legion does have *some* wheels. You're just not allowed to actually ride them. Just stare at them to make sure no one messes with them until other people ride them.

[ ] A Company Mechanized Infantry (Locked)
[X] B Company Infantry
[ ] C Company Infantry
[ ] D Company Recon (Locked)

Oh, yeah, and lest we forget, some of that armor is APCs, not just tanks. APCs reserved for the colonel's A Company, because of course it is. Does it count as armor if it's APCs? You don't know, they just tell you to guard the armor bay and that's where all the vehicles are.

You excelled at rifle training. This was no surprise. Target shooting and hunting were easily the most popular pastimes on your homestead. With an eye like yours, you're told you could've been a sniper, if your pathfinding weren't so godawful as to prevent you from being at all reliable outside a unit. As it is, you ended up on the squad's gun team. To the best of your understanding, your job is one part guarding the flanks of the gunner and two parts serving as pack mule for his extra ammo.

Your party's current stats can be found here: http://pastebin.com/Rt5pWecJ
The town library has some information about the enemies http://pastebin.com/RHnJQsJK, places http://pastebin.com/KmUw01gj, and spells http://pastebin.com/fYP61Tkn. The church has worked to remove certain information from the library, so you may encounter things not mentioned there.

Your name is Michael. In the previous thread, you travelled to the demon realm and made a deal with the devil. You received the sword of darkness from him, in exchange for promising to kill an angel.
You then went to the forbidden city, which is ruled by the church. You killed some monks and took their clothes so that you and Manny could sneak into the main church in the city. You found the sacred cross you were looking for, which will allow you to teleport to the angel's location. But there were two monks and the head priest between you and the sacred cross.
You've just defeated the two monks, and the head priest is not particularly happy about that.

The head priest stands up. "I see you've been led down the path of darkness. Your souls have been tainted by dark magic, but there is still hope for you if you wish to repent."
"We didn't come here to get lectured. Give us the cross or we'll take it from you" you say.
"I am sorry, but no one is allowed to see the cross. It is The Island's most precious artifact, and our very existence depends on it remaining safe."
Amidst all the confusion, Jim has managed to enter the church and find you. You had left him hiding outside because he would be unable to blend in while you and Manny were pretending to be monks.

>Keep arguing with priest
While priest is distracted, have Manny and Jim flank the priest, and grab important-looking artifacts and holy symbols and such.
>>
You try to distract the priest. "But, I need to see the cross. It is the only thing powerful enough to cleanse my soul, after having made a deal with the devil"
The priest gasps, "It was obvious that you had lost your way, but to have actually made a deal with the devil..." he closes his eyes in thought.

Meanwhile, Jim and Manny have quietly walked over to the other side of the room. Manny picks up the chest with the cross in it, and starts to walk back towards the door.

"I am not sure anything can be done to save your soul at this point" says the priest. He shakes his head, and notices Manny carrying the chest. "Hey! What are you doing with that"
Jim runs up to the priest and stabs him in the leg. The priest turns to Jim, but Jim runs underneath the table in the middle of the room.

You, Manny, and Jim run out of the room. You head towards the exit of the church. You see a few dead monks on your way out; the bandits you saw earlier must have killed them.

Eventually, you make your way out of the forbidden city, only having to kill a couple more monks on your way out. You head back to town where you should be safe to plan your next move.

>Open the chest and touch the sacred cross, to teleport to the angel's location
>Head back to the forbidden city and steal more jewels
>Train by fighting monks in the forbidden city
>Train by fighting demons in the demon realm

Good evening, /qst/. I'm Shou, the QM from the ill-fated Atroke Quest. Due to me forgetting to archive Episode 2, it's likely it won't continue (unless we redo it, which considering the minuscule amount of posts in it, wouldn't be difficult.)

Basically, this is a long winded way of saying: I like running quests, you like playing quests, so tell me what kind of quest you want me to run, and I'll try to have it out by Sunday. I am your puppet, /qst/, do your thing with me.

There is no point in making you run something you didn't think of. A quest is a QM story, not ours.

“A hostile conditions warning has been issued. Heavy snow and roaming beasts are expected. All citizens are reminded to stay indoors until the all clear has been issued.” - A standard warning, issued over public radio.

You spend longer there, in the cool gloom of the Alkaev private library, than you either intended or expected. It's the book that keeps you here - “The Sealed Goddess”, that childish little tome. Even after reading it over once more, you linger long enough to copy out several passages that particularly catch your eye. Then, as you're giving the book one last skim through, you spot a handwritten note pencilled into the top corner of the inner cover. It's an old annotation, the pencil nearly worn away to nothing, but you can just about make out the words.

“Fascinating!” the note reads, “I must look into this further. Perhaps the temple in Artyom?” With no signature, you've got no way to be sure who wrote that little query, but you suspect Morgana – she mentioned being a collector of old books, after all. You'd ask her about it, but – considering the ungodly howl that came from upstairs, from what she claimed to be her husband – she might not be in a position to answer your questions.

The best way to get some answers, you suspect, will be to investigate the matter yourself. For now though, you've got other problems. As soon you step from the Alkaev manor and out into the streets of Thar Dreyse, a surging blizzard reaches out to claim you.

Perhaps because of the time you spent there, secluded in the private library, you leave just as the storm that had been brewing has reached its climax. Clouds that had been churning and gathering as you entered the Alkaev manor have now split, bursting open to cast their heavy drifts of snow down upon the city. You've seen storms before – bad ones, in fact – but the sudden violence of this outburst shocks you, pausing you in the middle of the street. At least, you think you're in the street – beneath this thick carpet of frost, the streets and the road are one.

Wading through deep snow and a low, clinging mist, you hiss out a low curse – the words crystallising in the air and adding your own small contribution to the mist. On a storm-blighted night like this, no right minded citizen would open their door, not even to someone seeking shelter. Neither would you, in all honesty – it's just not worth the risk. There are rumours, dark tales of beasts that can imitate the voice of a man. You've never seen any absolute proof of that, but you've seen the aftermath – homes with doors unlocked, the occupants butchered and torn apart.

For the citizens of Thar Dreyse, that's enough for them to hunker down and ignore any calls, no matter of desperate or panicked. When the storms are blowing, and beasts stalk the streets, it's every man for himself.

Grimly, you soldier on through snow that starts at ankle level and climbs, with every step you take, towards your knees. Dense fog shrouds the streets, cutting your vision down to few meagre yards. Carried on the piercing chill of the wind, a sound reaches your ears – a shriek, a shrill howl of fury and bestial rage. No man, not even Barroch – Morgana's unseen, lunatic husband – could give voice to that howl. As if you needed confirmation, you see a flash of movement darting through the low fog. Little more than a vague suggestion of a silhouette at this distance, it's gone nearly as soon as you've seen it. Nevertheless, that's enough for you – there's a beast stalking the streets.

Stalking you, perhaps.

With little shelter nearby, your best chance for staying out of trouble would be to hasten back to your tenement block and hope for the best. There's Lize to consider as well – leaving her alone all night might not be wise. Then again, Iosefka's bar is closer, and you know the owner well. She might trust you enough to open the doors, even during a storm like this. The last choice ahead of you is simple – track the beast down and kill it. With this snow, it's trail won't last long, but your Hunter's gifts might let you track it's scent.

Then again, you might not need a trail – it might find you first.

>Follow the beast's trail
>[Hunter] Track the beast's scent
>Hurry back to the tenement
>Head to Iosefka's bar

Welcome to the world of pokemon here there are magical creatures that live and work alongside humans. These creatures are known as pokemon. Here in the country of Aliasia almost everyone uses pokemon in some capacity from farmers to warriors to nobles. I am scholar Spruce and I study the effects of pokemon on humans. I hope to find more ways that human and pokemon life can be improved by cooperation with each other. But enough about me who exactly are you. Also, what is your gender, sorry I sort of have an issue identifying people’s gender.

What is your name?

What gender are you?
