This milk run to the asteroid base of 16-Psyche has just curdled so hard it's become a yogurt run. At least you have at least one new ship out of it, provided you can keep it intact, and Mohammed defeated Caesar in a one-on-one duel to leave them tied 1-1. You're staring down at least a few cruisers' worth of guns, plus at least one huge cannon that probably outranges everything you have. To add insult to injury, the Cleander, the only missile boat you have with you, expended its missile bays in a futile attempt to do in the Harmonium.

Spring Cleaning Edition

>This is a participation-driven, slice-of-life quest with bits of action and romance thrown in for spice. The protagonist, Jacky Richmond, is a recently-returned veteran with little to call his own now that he’s back home. His grandfather, Roger Richmond, has recently passed away due to illness and left the family home and farm to Jacky. Per the terms of Roger’s will, Jacky must inhabit and work on the farm for two years before he legally owns it.

Your second night in Sunnyvale gifted you with “pleasant” dreams of tsundere Shades chasing you with garden hoses. You blame it on all the excitement from yesterday.

You are awaken with a great start by a series of loud, intrusive knocks on the front door and Tara’s voice yelling in from outside. You jolt so hard that you roll off the bed and onto the floor with a wreckage of pillows and sheets around you. You groan and shift about; your hand touches a small metal box and you look at it curiously. You don’t remember it being there last night. You see it has a tiny ornamental keyhole.

You would inspect it more but Tara starts pounding on the door again.

You give her a yell and then rush to get dressed. You answer the door with a yawning “What’s up?” and get a bit of an earful about waking up early on the farm. You unintentionally zone out on her for a bit and think about a hot breakfast and more sleep. When you come back to reality you notice that, for all her bluster, she looks haggard herself.

Tara insists that the two of you will water the plants first thing before moving on to other work. She then asks what you’ve thought about tackling as a first project.

A. “Rough night’s sleep?”
B. “As the boss I decree that it is nap time.”
C. Clear the field (Timeskip to noon; open up planting space and gather materials)
D. Deliver the tablet piece after watering the plants
E. Call Alice over to inspect the broken buildings and give some work estimates

Set in the world of Naruto but not entirely as you know it you take control of a former villager of Sunagakure, the village hidden by sand.

The Quest will utilise a D100 system, crits will be in place. A 100 will grant a bonus to the character, this can be access to or an improvement to a jutsu or a trait which will apply +x to certain rolls depending on circumstances.

I will be including "Anime Points" basically they are the excuse for BS asspulls in the quest that fill naruto canon. Like any other fate/destiny system you can reroll a fail, make a pass a crit or reduce a critical fail to a regular fail. The max is 3 and you get one naturally at the start of every session, they will also be awarded for stuff I think is cool or interesting.

It isn't something you do often, and to be fair to Shoko-chan you cheated a lot, nut drinking oni-spirit-children under the table is one of your more impressive tricks. What's really ironic is that you use a method similar to that used by the supposedly mythical hero Fujiwara Hidesato to do so. Namely, a two-covered-wine drinking box, which can hold, as near as you can tell, an infinite amount of liquor. So while you match them drink for drink, they actually drink a lot more than they think they do because it's inexhaustible.

Well, relatively speaking; you did steal a lot of wine to fill it with.

Shoko is passed out next to you, snoring rather cutely and leaning over her large jug of sake. You got her drunk to get some basic truths out of her, and because she really needed it. Like most of her kind, a bender does them good in body and soul, connects tem to their spiritual roots. It also let you reveal that Inau-kun was most certainly interested in Shoko-chan, and helped her be forthright about her feelings about your family and Yuuhi-chan.

Who has requested formal Tantric sex with you later and was totally embarrassed by the idea that you would like to make love to her. The first is simply something that is done, apparently, while the second is entirely meaningful to her, to the point of blushing and snuggling and gleeful squeaking noises. You also wanted to speak with your Herald – Yui-niji-chan – and your Harbinger – Akari-niji-chan – in depth today. The only other thing you have on anything remotely resembling an agenda is speaking to Kaga Kei, the Kaga sorceress-apprentice who might be redeemable that you have in one of your Barriers.

Otherwise, you will meditate, pray, and make yourself available to your family for whatever their lovely hearts and Pearls may desire.

Currently you're eating some very delicious tamagoyaki, with side dishes of vegetables, rice with sashimi, and of course miso soup, but the miso has been prepared in Ainu fashion, and is actually an fish-based soup with miso added. Ohaw if you recall correctly. This one is flavored, with all things, sea anemone which was given to you by the Ama Pearl Divers of Mikimoto Island. It is actually surprisingly good. Or maybe that's because you're an ocean dragonette and not a river dragonette. “Pukusakina ohaw,” you murmur softly, recalling what it is. Despite the fact you've never actually heard it's name.

So I have started an evolution game on Voat that is purely image based. No descriptions needed. I'm posting it here in the hopes that I can get some players. The rules are simple - edit any creature from pic related and add it to the tree.

This tree is also not linear. Any creature can be edited and it doesn't need to make perfect biological sense.

For now, we are in some kind of ocean.

Last time on Werewolf Reich, we got in an affair with another woman, nearly killed her husband, and decided to search for treasure with our dad... Who we promptly fed a hunter to. And are sort of in the process of making him embrace his lycanthropy... By nomming a few conscripts. Of course, the two of you have found a remote camp...

The two of you sneak towards the camp, where a small bundle of guards patrol. The two of you hide in a bush until they approach, and you strike, knocking them down and purposely knocking them out, dragging them into the bush. The two of you seem not to be detected and hear talking and a campfire going in the middle of the camp, and it is late at night. The bundle of guards at your feet number about four, and would be a rather sating meal... For you at least, while if your dad ate it, no doubt he'd suffer from stomach problems...

"Stojan? Why are you licking your mouth?"

"Huh? Sorry... I'm uh, just thinking."

"I know your hungry, but we still have some rations..."

"You decided to eat that hunter."

He looks a little ashamed and looks to the ground, his head abound with shame.

"Stojan, I couldn't control myself... Don't go down that dark path. Your better then that... You are still human like me on the inside, alright?"

If you weren't trying to sneak or were talking to your dad, you'd burst into laughing.

Earlier, your friend was almost kidnapped, started belching fire, and was then mind-controlled! You aren't entirely aware of what order these things happened, but the end result is the same. She's currently sick, somewhere in Biscotti castle. You suspect in one of the guest bedrooms.

Unfortunately, the maids have closed it off for the night. The knights are now standing in the doorway leading to the bedrooms. Charlotte is sleeping on a different floor; so you don't even get the excuse that you're heading to your room!

Phooey!

That's not going to deter you, though! You're going to find a way into Kayda's room, and she's going to explain to you every single thing that has happened.

You.. just.. need to be a little resourceful. That's all.

So! where should you start!?
Oh! There is that treasure map you have that showed every single secret passageway and hallway inside of Biscotti. You could use that to sneak into her room.

Quickly, you head over to the library and take out an old book of maps and things. One of the pages comes loose, and slides straight out of the book.
You cleverly hid the parchment of the castle in here. Gently, you unfold it and trace your fingers along the hand-drawn lines.

Future Naruto Quest

This quest is set within the universe of Naruto, long after the end of the series, but ignoring the events of the Boruto Manga. Of course, because this is Naruto we're talking about, the geopolitics and technology haven't advanced as quickly as they would in the real world. As such, the technology is similar to that of Boruto the Movie, and the villages you know and love are largely the same.

However, the characters will be less familiar, because as much time has passed between the Last and now as passed between the Founding of the Hidden Villages and the Main Series.

You are playing as Kuro Nijiiroh, a Hidden Leaf Chunin of twelve years. You’re a member of Hōōmaru Tachibana’s Team Seven, along with your teammates, Hakurin Hyuga, and Jimmaru ████ Uchiha. Your family consists of your older sister, an ANBU Black Ops, Shirou; your mother, the restaurateur Ki; and your father, a Hand Seals Specializing Tokubetsu Jounin.

The five of you rose above the hedges on a cool pleasant afternoon. Before you now was the Speranza compound, a wide mansion that befitted a man of Don Speranza's girth and pomp. Several armed guards were already patrolling the two meter high stone walls, cut carefully to present a fine architectural picture. It was if the mansion itself were lifted from the idyllic Italian countryside. Figures considering Speranza's background, it wouldn't surprise you if he bribed a union to build this place personally to his specification. Far enough away from policemen to make response times long, and secluded enough from the city to make it quiet and nice.

Perfect place for someone who wants to hide.

“Alright,” you say. “I go in first. I'll bust open an alternate entrance for you there.” You point to a window by the pool. “But first, I want to try and find Don Speranza. Gatsby will give the signal when the three of you should move in, got it?”

“Got it!” says Knives. “And might I say, Liberty, you are looking absolutely dash-”

“I told you, I'm not LIBERTY!” you hiss quietly. “Now hide!”

Anneliese quickly hugs you, before saying, “Good luck.”

Hmph, you don't need luck. You just need God's will.

You quickly mosey on up to the front gate, holding a satchel of cookies by your side. You see, you were wearing a wig and a girl's scout uniform (a spare one that Liberty had on hand in case of issues), which marked you as a girl scout selling some cookies to these palookas. The two guards up front stare down at you as you walk up. “Hey, hey, dollface.” One of them holds up a gloved hand. “You know where you are?”

“Of course!” you say eagerly. “I'm in New York, selling some cookies from my troop! Would you two fine men like some free samples?” You reach into your satchel and pull out a box of cookies. They glance at each other, then shrug. One of them takes a box, tears it open, then eats up one of the cookies.

His eyes light up. “Hey! These ain't half bad.” He offers the box to his friend, who takes one, and has pretty much the same reaction. “How much?”

“Ten dollars a box,” you declare. They choke on their cookies for a second. “What? We gotta make money.”

“Ah, I see, little Jew we got here,” says one of the mobsters. “Listen, if you think we's gonna pay ten bucks a box for these cookies, you got another thing coming.”

Welcome to Dynamic Kid Quest! You are Miles Clyde, an enthusiastic boy who dreams of being a hero.

Last time, you got roped into helping the local publican with a rodent problem, decided to drag your sporty and snide friend Collette with you, stopping for frozen treats beforehand, pulled off some barrel shenanigans, and ultimately discovered a plot that runs deeper than the bar's basement.

Now you must decide if you want to get directly involved in that plot, or if you'd rather leave it in someone else's hands for the time being.

The yellow sun beats down on your back as you ascend the final steps. Panting, you glance up at the hateful orb, nearly hearing it laugh at your discomfort. You wipe a bit of sweat from your brow with the back of your arm and look at the imposing building ahead of you.

There's some kind of instructor or teacher gathering the other new students, who seem to be in the same shape as you, overall. A few seem to be full of energy, the blazing sun barely affecting them as they walk or jog over. Almost as a counterpoint, a single boy barely manages to drag himself over the last step to the landing with one arm, his eyes blank and hollow. A trail of sweat is clearly visible behind him, drying in the heat like a slug's trail.

"Attention, new students! Please come over here; there is fresh water and we need to get started with orientation!"

The instructor has her hand raised over her head to make sure everyone can see where she is. You walk closer, picking up a water bottle off a nearby table and taking a gulp. God, who knew plain water could taste this good?

"We need to take roll before we get started. When I call your name, respond promptly. If I don't have you on the list, you aren't getting in today, and you'll have to go back down the steps and try your luck tomorrow." She gives a pointed look to the slug-boy, who is feeling around on the table for a water bottle while his face is still flat on the ground.

"In any case, we don't have long, so drink up while I take roll."

You wait patiently for your name.

(This is a Soul Eater quest, with a few differences. First, students start out at age 15 to 17, depending on when they are discovered. I know you guys will get flirty with people, and I'd rather not make that super awkward. Also, there are very few characters and plot points in common with canon. You can't waifu Tsubaki or Marie, you can't punch Black Star's smug face in, and you can't join Spirit on his cruise for strange. By the same token, probing in the depths of the DWMA for a bag of you know what is inadvisable, because you might find an empty room... or possibly something else entirely. I have a general plan for the story, but a lot of it depends on where your collective interests lie.)
