You are the former United States Navy warship USS HOEL, now returned as a shipgirl and ready to kick Abyssal ass!

Currently, you were sitting in the back of an Osprey as it made its way full steam to the Straits of Malacca, where Saratoga and Hazelwood had last been spotted. With you right now were your sisters, as well as DesDiv 6 forming the destroyer picket. San Fran, Dorsetshire, and Kumano were serving as the cruiser line while Iowa, Kongou, Enterprise, Midway, and Kaga were serving as the heavy hitters.

With a force this large, you note that the Captain and Admiral certainly were not taking any chances.

"We'll be in the AO in fifteen!" The pilot announces. "Get ready to drop!"

The shipgirl passengers, including you, all voice their affirmatives.

You then take a look around. You could see DesDiv6 all clustered around a very flustered and uncomfortable looking San Fran, who's fighting the instinct to reach for her hip flask. Kongou was in a very... animated conversation with Dorsie, who seemed to be putting up the fakest, most plastic smile you've ever seen. Kumano, meanwhile, seemed to be making sure she was always on the opposite end of the cabin from you and your sisters.

“... okay, here's the damage.”

You called in Hilda Slutsky, your finance officer in incredibly early in the morning to help manage the costs of last match, and the matches before it. She stoically counts things off for you, with only a “tsk tsk” or a “hmmm” to signal really big costs. You and Iris sat down in Griselda's office, with Griselda herself being forcibly taken care of at Gertrude's dorm. Griselda her assured you she'll be staying her for the week, mostly to get away from her sister and her care however.

So for now, you were taking advantage of things before they got ugly. “3.2 million dollars,” she says.

“What.” Iris can't believe it. You can't believe. “What costs 3.2 million dollars?”

“Let me describe it,” says Hilda. “The engine of the King Tiger is completely ruined, the turret ring also needs to be fixed, the suspension was also busted, transmission needs to be replaced, etc. Panzer IV needs fixing as well from the damage it took last game and the game before, the Panzer III's upgrade needs to come through, the Henschel Turret is also reserved but hasn't been bought. Your Cromwell needs fixing as well to repair the damage from the set. The Jagdtiger also-”

“Okay, you don't need to say anymore,” you say. “... How deep in the hole does that put the team?”

“-2.5 million dollars,” she says. “She wasn't rich before, but this match plus the outstanding due dates for some loans is going to eat the money she has already earned. She took out loans from the bank before the tournament started to get money for repairs. But, she's risking defaulting on them if she doesn't get them paid by this weekend.”

“How much?” asks Iris.

“1 million,” says Hilda.

“And the upgrades as a whole?”

“If I were you, I'd hold off on upgrading the tanks and put them into the team's budget,” says Hilda. “Because right now, the team's budget is barely floating as is.” Damn it. There's a knock at the door.

Oh shit. Griselda. She pokes her head in. “So.” She smiles a little, rubbing her back while her arm sits on a sling. “How are things?” She doesn't know. Uh...

Introduction: High School, what’s so special about it? There is none, everything around high school is nothing special around here that’s anything more than normal.

Every day is just the same old normal day here at The Quinburry School of Young Geniuses were everything is just the usual old boring thing; You got the usual teachers that always teaches you things that in most cases can be boring; then you got the usual school bullies that can turn your day into hell. And finally, you got painstaking homework to do after-school that makes it feel like an eternity to finish all those stuff til Wednesday.

Like these four students who are having a hard time living at Quinburry who, as everybody else would not notice, has either had powers or not born as a human and they rather have to imagine a fantasy that they could get away from the hellhole that was high school.
But all those miserable days had come to an end when a mysterious stranger has entered high school out of thin air and the entire lives of four teenagers, including the students and teachers at The Quinburry School of Young Geniuses, were about to change forever as things go Oddside Down from there.

To begin the quest, you will need four character sheets in order to start this session.

(Addition notes: It is optional to write backstory for the four main characters and also portraits, too.)

This session uses the 4th edition rules of GURPS (Which I have the lite edition in a pdf folder.) so it is recommended to use the GURPS Character Sheet software which the link is here: http://gurpscharactersheet.com/

"If you're the 'Lord of Blades' why do you not fight with your sword?" You ask the Soul Reaper, insulted by the overconfidence of this group.

Ganmetsu laughs again, "Because it would be far more prestigious to beat the King of Hollows to death with my bare hands!" He then disappears.

You know of the Soul Reapers' speed technique, Shunpo, it resembles the fast movement of the Hollows, Sonido. What you didn't know is that there is anyone who would be fast enough to surprise you with it.

Ganmetsu proves you wrong. You hear a gasp of shock, and look to your right to see the giant Soul Reaper's fist buried in Caracas' gut, and the mouth of Caracas' mask open to let out a gout of blood. The Soul Reaper kicks away your comrade before grabbing you by the snout of your mask, and throwing you violently into one of the pillars. You're shocked again, and you look down to see Riunga prepared to stomp down on the head of Caracas. Luckily, your lieutenant fires off a Cero from his eyes, knocking the massive Soul Reaper off balance, and knocking his hat off of his head.

The other battles are also going poorly. Montevideo appears to be crucified to one of the other pillars by spears of light, while his adopted father fruitlessly strikes at their opponent, only to be blocked by glowing orange screens each time. Paramaribo is nowhere to be seen, which you know is due to his ability, while Quito uses the bone projections on his forearms to block sword strikes from the woman. Sucre stands back, regenerating a hand, while Janeiro and the fat man go toe-to-toe club against sword. You can't see Bogota and Asuncion's fight.

"Ah, you knocked off my hat," Ganmetsu says, patting the top of his head and righting himself, he looks up at you from looking down at Caracas, "This has been disappointing, King of Hollows, I want a good fight." He smiles manically, his heavily accented voice chilling you to the core.

Your eyes shoot open, examining the blank ceiling as though the reason for your abrupt awakening could be found there.

It isn't, thankfully. You'd probably be more worried if it was. Given the nature of the dream you had, it'd probably be a message written in blood.

The dream. That's it. That's what woke you.

A strange, gruesome dream. Full of people, all dead, hung from strings and posed in strange ways, their mouths pulled back into a grotesque smile with hooks

You squeeze your eyes shut and try to force the image away, but something about it sticks. You recall waking in your bed, dazed, disoriented, and alone, before checking the time...

On either side of you the bunnies stir, reminding you that you aren't alone. Lifting your head up, you can see through the window that it's still quite dark out.

Derrick and Emi are sleeping soundly on their respective couches, while Ilica is spread out on the other bed, leaving Madelaine with almost no space.

You put your head back down, causing Stella to stir. One of her ears perks up and turns around a few times, like she's unconsciously scanning the room for noises. Coming up with nothing, it settles back down.
