What's more autistic: number sperg or fetish sperg?
Your favourite quest is shit
Are you an emotive writer?
I try to be but I end up being more factual I feel than actually expressing emotions in any way that isnt clunky.
>What's more autistic: number sperg or fetish sperg?
Fetish sperg. Fetish sperg is literally, I want to jerk off to X so make X happen the way I want REEEEEE.
Number sperg is usually trying to play a game to win and if you dont want it as a QM you can just not have numbers, y'know?
/qst/ was a mistake and it's here to stay

You are a villainous sorceress, once the greatest apprentice to your master, the court wizard of the strongest kingdom in the realm. Great were your ambitions, but greater were his. He promised you a place in his new kingdom once you helped him take over, and so the two of you began to plan. But then, he betrayed you! On the verge of being discovered for the nefarious schemer he is by the captain of the guard, he sold you out to the royal family and put all the blame on you for his twisted magic experiments, playing the innocent! Another ploy for this own gain, for now he is even more trusted, and you doubly villified!
Narrowly escaping execution into exile with only the barest of essentials, you now find yourself in the large woods to the north, alone and armed only with your potent magic. It won't be hard to survive with your power, but now you are the most-hunted individual in all the lands of the kingdom! Everyone will be looking to collect on your bounty. The fools! You may be selfish and greedy, but the true villain lies at the heart of the royal court, protected on all sides as he plots to take over from within!
But for how long? For now you seek to avenge yourself upon him! He will suffer for the indignity, the betrayal! He wants an enemy? You'll give him one! You need resources! You need expendable minions! You need a lair! YOU NEED REVENGE!
You are a beautiful, fair-skinned, raven-haired and buxom woman of both human and elfish decent, enough from both bloodlines to be nigh-irresistible, and your revealing outfit is catered to this advantage. Your talent in magic is strong and growing stronger, matched only by your greed, self-centeredness and hunger for vengeance upon your former master. But you are no fool, you know well the cards you have been dealt. For now you will have to survive on your cunning, intellect and beauty to build up enough resources to strike back at him, for he is in a much greater position than you, with influence, protection and magical artifacts aplenty. But it won't save him once you get back on your feet.

________________________________________________
You are Paxious Dromus, a Zabrak and an Initiate of the Jedi Order 36,000 years before the Battle of Yavin. You have passed the tests to become an official member of the Order, despite your advanced age, and have formally begun your training.
Standing in the middle of jungle brush with a proximity mine in your hand was not exactly what you had in mind when you thought about becoming a Jedi.
More to the point, your comrades, holding the same remote mines you are, move swiftly but quietly into the Flesh Raider camp in front of you, looking to even the odds between the six of you and them.
You peak through the bushes your group is hiding behind and get your first glimpse of the camp.

Wow. That’s a lot of sharks. The biggest clump of them sits around a fire, numbering maybe 8. The hastily set up tents around the fire have at least 3 more that you can see from the tent openings but you have no idea how many are actually in there.
You briefly ponder if calling them sharks is racist before one of the bigger Flesh Raiders throws the dead corpse of an unknown Twi'lek woman into the fire while the others give a small chuckle as if he just said a funny joke. You decide you can ponder that once they’re dead.
What will you do?
> Reach out with the Force at try to sense how many Flesh Raiders are here and where they are (3d10)
> Try to make your way inside the biggest tent and set your explosive there.
> Try to make your way close to the fire and throw your explosive in the midst of the crowd
> Set your explosive between two tents.

AKA Greater Israel the game. I'm playing through a round of this and you lovely gentlemen get to make the choices
>it's january 1997 and you're the newly elected leader of Israel. Chart a course of diplomatic, military, and covert policy with you many neighbors to ensure your country survives another day!
>play proceeds until every opposing country is occupied or couped, or a nuclear bomb is launched
first turn news. Looks like Syria is going to fight against Iraq (always a good thing to distract them, they're a proximal threat and have a large standing army). Also Iraq and Iran are playing allies so far
All right, the map and our current diplomatic/covert tracks. This is where we can input policy
>egypt (strong army!)
relations workable
stability solid
*diplomat acting aggressively towards us*
>iran
relations satisfactory
stability moderately solid
>Iraq
relations favorable
stability firm; rebels rabble
*war with syria*
>Jordan
relations satisfactory
stabillity very solid
>lebanon
relations indifferent
stabillity good; rebels rabble
>libya
relations workable
stabillity moderately solid; rebels rabble
*diplomat acting aggressively towards us*
>syria
relations satisfactory
stabillity firm;
*war with iraq, talks with iran and Lebanon*
--------------------
for each of these nations we may choose to either work to improve or sour or diplomatic relationship level. We may also attempt to support or persecute their rebels. If diplomatic relations get low enough military options become available, which will be dealt with in the following phase wherein ordnance is ordered and attacks called in
>Your orders for diplomacy and covert action, president?
>>908159
in the short term for lack of interest I'm going to continue with my own directives until somebody else decides to issue some. May also help people understand the game system
I'm improving relations with egypt; they're our biggest threat if they should go to war and right now there are signs of an impending one. Syria is on the ropes right now and it's a perfect time for a knockout; Their relations will be soured and I'm hoping to score a quick war. I'm sending rebels aid in iran as they could still go to war with Iraq and trigger a nuclear war. The rest I will ignore as everything seems solid

Story Summary:
In ages past men lived simpler lives - they would hunt, farm, fight and always respect the might of the Old Gods. Shamans led the clans with their elemental magic - so it was for many generations, before history was ever written down. The great hero Rog united a dozen human clans into a tribe that would form the foundation of our future Kingdom. One day Rog mysteriously vanished - then came the Great Storm - when it passed, the shamans could no longer feel the presence of the Gods and had lost the source of their magic.
The 1st Century After the Storm saw us becoming a proper civilization, beginning to accept the New Gods of the Pantheon and adopting technologies and customs from the east.
By the end of the 2nd century we were beginning to catch up to Paitras as larger wars were being fought.
The 3rd century saw the fall of Paitras and the rise of the Norse, with Roggar filling in much of the void left. By the end of the century most of Paitras had been reunited.
The 4th century saw the Pantheonic faith strengthen, defeating barbarians in both the north and south.
The 5th century started and ended with devastating plagues. 409-411 saw Roggar engaged in wars with itself and its neighbours, which ended in the foundation of the Holy Pantheonic Empire and an ensuing Golden Age for decades.
In 508, still recovering from the last plague, we embarked on the Ashlands Crusade against the demons, led by the enigmatic Master. We don't know what happened there as a massive explosion wiped out all who could bear witness. In 521 the Holy Pantheonic Empire embarked on an invasion of the Kingdom of Ezirin - in the chaotic wars that followed in the next few years our forces were battered, our homelands invaded by foreigners and the very ground shattered. With the destruction of many intellectuall centers, a struggling economy and an uncertain Setyrias, scholars have said that we are now in a Dark Age. Decades of slow recovery and the establishment of feudalism have followed - most recently we led the Second Northern Crusade, which ended with the defeat of the Ice Titan Frostfang and the dispersment of his armies - our own crusade force was battered, a mere shell of what it was at the start, and has now returned, in the fifth month of the year - Ezdarin.

Faction: Stormbeast House
The Stormbeast house are a cadet brach of the Dragonfist Dynasty (originally the Mutt Clan), they used to be a band of goblins and humans raised on the the streets of Dragon's Tomb that turned into farmers thanks to Mutt Dragonfist. The Mutt, an urchin turned soldier managed to kill a dragon with one punch allowing his clan and his dynasty to be respected among the Roggarians. The Stormbeast Family isn't the richest nor the most powerful but they still are respected after all this years due the continuous effort of many members of the family: They produce tons of food due thanks to their priestly hunters, farmers and tamers; Muttville, the Fortress island is still an essential river port of Roggar and all the temples that exist around in their feudal lands make their land a place that all adherents to the pantheon need to visit at least once in their lifetime. The last Dragonking of the Family was one of the last pure blooded heirs to Mutt the first and with his death the cadet branch the Stormbeasts took over the feudal lands.

You're going home.
So much else is blurry in your mind, right now. Your name is out of your mind's eye, large swaths of your past are missing or locked away, where, exactly, you came from, but you know this for sure.
You're going home. Where your son is, and your mother, who's getting on in years and needs you to take care of her. Where your idiot dog with that goofy ear folded over is, where it smells like sage because Nikki is always burning sage, that's where you're going.
Home.
The smell of blood makes you look down before the pain does. Your arm has been cut by the Thorns you're moving through, and too-red blood - too dark, too rich, like velvet, and very much your blood - slathers the roots of the bush that sliced you. You push your way through, grateful that the pain isn't like the stinging, lingering lash of the Master, and step onto a narrow path mercifully free of Thorns. You look to your right and see the path gradually broadening, becoming clearer, and more fair.
You shudder. That's back the way you came. Back there, back to the Fairest of Lands. You can't go that way. You musn't go that way.
>>904794
As you stagger towards the narrower end of the path you can feel the blood running down your legs, pooling inside your battered boots. Your pants, all of spider's silk, are already matted and ruined with it, and they won't survive much longer, but you should - you have pants at home, right?
You're pretty sure home is where you keep your pants. And other clothes. You can't just go out naked in public to get dressed, can you?
You can't. It's coming back to you. You definitely cannot do that.
A sound from up ahead, vaguely canine, makes you peek around a curve in the path. You see a wounded briarwolf, its ankle twisted and mangled, trying to drag itself further along the path. Its claws and fangs are still sharp, and though pain has distracted it, the Hedge Beast's too-human eyes are still sharp and attentive.
Behind it you can see that the path has started to be littered with papers, peppered here and there with discarded needles and the odd, lonely street lamp, which stand uselessly in the bright day of the Hedge.
The signs of home. The Hedge starts to get like that as you get closer to the mortal world. Your world.
Earth.
But the briarwolf stands in your way.
You...
> Have the Ripper's Gift
> Trust in your Contracts of Darkness to sneak past
> Think you can bribe it with the goblin fruit in your pocket
> Veer off the path; the bite of the Thorns won't be as bad as getting mauled
Welcome to Scarred by Thorns Quest, a Changeling: the Lost one-shot set in and around the semi-fictional city of New Avalon. This quest will feature rolling, but at the moment we're defining our protagonist with some of your choices. Once S/he's been more defined, a sheet will be posted to help you understand your capabilities and make further decisions.
> Please greentext your votes
This particular vote is not accepting write-ins.

> Have the Rippers gift
Now this is what I like to see.
Let's make sure the briarwolf can't inform others of our passing, permanently
>Information
This quest takes place long before the events of The Last Airbender. Long before Aang, Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, or Yangchen. You play as a young Earthbender from a small village in one of the many Kingdoms scattered across the main continent. As a powerful villain strives to dominate the world, you will be forced to make choices that can stop it, aid it, or have no effect whatsoever.
>Rules
After each update I make, there will be a voting period of ten minutes. Once ten minutes have passed, whatever option has the most support will be the winner.
Write-ins are accepted, but only when specified If you see a write-in option, suggest whatever you like. If not, choose from the options I have provided.
Sometimes, rolls will be required. I will assign them, and they will operate under a d100 system. You will have three chances, and if one of the rolls succeeds, you pass. There are no crits, but I do take into account how much you succeed or fail by.
I reserve the right to veto certain write-ins, but will try to avoid doing so.
I hope you all have fun

I was so confused
"You know, we shouldn't take it for granite how far we've traveled," you tell your friends. "It's been a rocky road."
Lantana and Sansha laugh, while Mauya groans and rolls her eyes.
"Thanks, Sei," Sansha says. "You-"
She cuts off, stopping dead in her tracks. Her hands fall limply to her sides as the rest of her body stiffens. At her side, Lantana clenches her hands into fists, trembling.
When Mauya and yourself come around, you see what has them so worked up.
Sansha's village has been burnt to the ground. Black rubble is all that remains of the buildings that once stood. There's no signs of any people, at least not at first, but as you draw closer, you find the charred remains of either the village's former occupants, or soldiers that died in the attack.
In any case, it's a horrifying sight to behold. Mauya looks ready to vomit, Lantana looks ready to rip someone's throat out, and Sansha hasn't moved a muscle. She just stares ahead, pale as a ghost, stiff as a board.
>A. Ask Mauya to get her some water
>B. Go shake her
>C. Take a look around the rubble
>D. Something else

Far off, nestled in an otherwise small Japanese town lies the Dark Gate Academy. An institution of tremendous size, the Academy holds a long kept secret. Unknown to the outside world, this unseemly town is home to a tear in our reality. A gate between our world and a bizarre dimension known as the Darkworld. The inhabitants of this hellish world breach this gate and attempt to flood into our reality and spread throughout the world on a regular basis. However, the Dark Gate Academy is home to students of truly extraordinary abilities. The ability to sense the presence of these evil Darkworld creatures, and defeat them in combat, sending them back through the gate.
They cannot close the rift between our world and the Darkworld, but the students and staff of Dark Gate Academy have dedicated their lives to using their amazing powers to hold back the darkness that plagues our world, even if it costs them their lives. They have risen up to the challenge and in secret have become great heroic defenders of the world as we know it.
For many years, Dark Gate Academy has held back the forces of the Darkworld, kept this unspeakable evil contained within their walls. But a dark cloud approaches, and times are about to change. A new chapter in the tale of Dark Gate Academy is about to begin.
>Previously on Dark Gate Academy...
You relaxed around the school, and got to know some of your classmates better.
“985... 986...”
You're not sure exactly how you got roped into this when you woke up this morning. Stepping out into the common room, you discovered Mai and Ukon, the resident sporty kids in class drawing up some sort of list. You soon found out that Ukon, in his ever competitive mind, had the idea to pit the class against each-other in order to determine where people rank in certain categories; combat, intelligence, and so on. Mai thought it was a good idea for a fun group activity, and before you knew it, you were taking part in the contest to determine the most powerful member of class 1.
Of course, they didn't decide this by having you actually fight and see who comes out on top... no, that would be silly. Instead, the best combatant in Class 1 was going to be determined between you and Roka performing a rigorous exercise routine. It's only the two of you because most of the class refused, and Gado bowed out as soon as Kuin failed in the routine in order to make her feel better. No matter, you and Roka have always been second and first place respectively in this category from the beginning. As lame as you find the concept, you can't deny that there's an incredible rivalry between the two of you, the flames of which have been fanned with all these rumours of Roka having a romantic eye for your sister despite their constant arguments.
“Come on, Kazuma!” Mai cheers on encouragement. “I know you can do it!”
“Don't give up, Roka!” Ukon cheers on as well. “They all think you're a bad guy, but I know you're capable of more!”
“995... 996...” the two of you groan in unison as you continue your push-ups. You're certainly starting to feel the burn in your muscles, and Roka is feeling the same, no doubt.
Your competitive exercise is promptly interrupted by Kiriko stepping out into the courtyard in front of the dorms. “Kaz! I've got a serious problem!”
In a flash, you instinctively stand up, breaking your push-up streak. You don't care so much about this competition thing, not if Kiriko's in some kind of trouble. “What's wrong?”
“Yeah Fly, what happened?” Roka's voice asks from behind you, as you notice that he sprang to his feet just as fast.
“Wait! Does this mean it's a tie?” Mai asks. “Oh, are we going to have to start again?”
“Well...” Ukon places a finger to his chin. “Roka did perform a good portion of his with one-hand. Did Kaz follow suit?”
“No...”
“Then I think it's safe to declare Roka the winner!” Ukon exclaims. “Well done, Roka! I knew you could do it!”
“Don't be discouraged, Kaz!” Mai smiles with a comforting tone. “I know for sure you'll get it next time!”
“Whatever,” you and Roka non-chalantly fire back in unison.
“I don't know why you care ape,” Kiriko places her hands on her hips. “But no offence, I want to talk to Kaz in private.”
Roka scowls. “Fine... not like I care anyway, you pesky fly.”
As Roka storms off, Mai and Ukon check the clip-boards in their hands. “Hmm... next is measuring intelligence. I think we know there's only two candidates for this one!” Ukon exclaims.
“Pop quiz between Kuin and Anri?” Mai suggests. “Oh, it'll be so fun!”
As those two skip off, Kiriko approaches you. “Geez, what do you think that ape's story is, anyway?”
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, he's dumb as bricks, can't read, terrible temper, not to mention his face scar...” Kiriko ponders. “I swear, too many people in our class are a mystery.”
“Yeah, but I think I prefer Roka staying a mystery,” you mutter. “So, what's your problem?”
“It's not actually my problem... well, it is! But it's mainly Mayu's.”
“Oh...” you mutter. You know what this I about. The tension between yourself and Mayu has been unbearable. After all that's happened, she can barely look you in the eye... you were angry with her at first, of course. But the shame she's felt, the way she's continuously beaten herself up over it... it's worse than anything you could do to her. Mayu has never been the kind of person to smile much, but these days she feels absolutely miserable.
“She's becoming really distant...” Kiriko sighs. “And not just when you're around. She'll barely talk to me, she'll go to bed early, and she'll cry through the night. I... I think she's planning to cut herself out of the club, and... I just don't know what to say to her. Please, I need your help here. I know you and her aren't on the best of terms, but I thought that maybe hearing something nice from you might...”
>Of course. I'll try talking to her.
>You should try talking to her. She'll listen to you.
>I can't say anything to help her. We're not friends.

God has went on a century long vacation and told you to keep things in order. He also said that he needed some things fixed up and said any changes you make are fine.

Last time you mopped up the remaining paramilitary attack forces showing great valor and acquiring unusual undead for your use. After that you got stuck trying to find a residence for your undead which led you to the Zed named Ken the resident zombie lover. Who turned out not only knew quite a bit about zombies but had the space for your undead. After that you accidentally got put on a SUPER HELLISH Training Trip courtesy of Captain Cull. Which turned out to be short Culling. He assigned you a bunch of bandit rabble, some weirdos, and crazies. The best forces in your command were your undead...after that you were forced out and made to target the worst enemies bandits could face. Against all odds(mostly due to a lot of good planning/rolls) you were able to succeed with the raids with less casualties and more loot then expected. So impressed was Captain Cull he gave you an extra 2 days before the second part of the training making a grand total of 3.
Sadly you just used up 2 of those days. The first day was great and very successful. The last day is when everything went to hell. Now you have 24 hours to fix everything before the enemy arrives. Which is going to prove difficult because your now locked in a newly awakened megacorp tower with only the AI AMY for company. The rest of your forces meanwhile are trapped outside and cannot help you.
...You are in rather deep shit. For if you cannot solve the problems within 24 hours then the second part of the training will commence. Forcing you to go up against the hordes of zombies, monsters, undead, and outsiders which all will besiege your position. Time is of the essence you have 24 hours before the 2 week long siege will commence.
What do?
>Try to contact someone on the outside
>Ask Amy what is up with the tower
>Try to regain control of the tower
>Sneak away before security forces can arrive
>Other?

For sure have ANY help. We can start talking with any thing that will listen and be honest. There is a wave of endless shit coming this way for two weeks. Since this tower is in line of fire we made the decision to awaken the corp's back ups. We don't want anything other to live through this and I'm sure the Corp wants nothing getting to their tech or secrets.
We don't have to be friends, but I'm sure we know more about the new world enemies than a recently awakened AI or any people.
So we help eachother and then we depart or keep working together if that is more profitable after words.
