Heinlein Station, 2511, Medical Sector's Surgical Block
You slowly pull back the curtains of the surgery room revealing one of the monsters slowly shuffling towards the window.
It was evident before that these things had human-like features, but it wasn't until you saw this one that you realized that they really were humans.
Dressed like a doctor, it can't help but make you wonder how this happened. Could it be like those old zombie movies? If that were the case, the rookie in the apartment...
You ignore those thoughts and focus back on the matter at hand. Taking this thing down should be easy now that you've got the drop on it.
Aiming at it's head you fire a burst from your plasma rifle which blasts it wide open.
Lucky for you the attack sends the monster into a flailing rampage towards the window and away from you, giving you the opportunity to take a couple more shots.
They all hit it's center of mass, and you notice that it takes quite a few to make sure it's down.
Perhaps you'll need a change of strategy when targetting his kind.

But really smash its head and rip some limbs off. You can never be too careful with monsters.
>>983407
>>Call the chief and confirm that – now – the area really is clear
>Yes
And ask the chief just how much they know about those monsters and the maniacs who took advantage of the chaos for random murder. Also mention about how your latest kills seems to have once been a medic working there and how this shit is too irreal and like it came from a bad terror film
For good measure you rip off the monsters' limbs and impale them with their own spikes, making sure they're really down.
You then wait for a bit before your superior picks up the comm call and acknowledges your second confirmation that the area is clear,
but not before making a joke about 'making sure you don't have to clear it a third time'.
Deciding that it's better to give the labcoats as many samples as possible you start dragging the two bodies back to the entrance.
A few doctors look with terror towards the downed creatures, but some seem more confused and try to question you about the clothes on one of them.
You can't waste time with it, you yourself don't really know the answer, so you just ignore them.
Arriving at the entrance barricade you're greeted by the sargeant once more. He looks a bit distressed.
“Officer, good work out there. I've got a situation here, the two other survivors from your squad should've reported to me 10 minutes ago. Just now I tried calling but all I've got is silence, so I contacted the lab units. They say they never got there.” he sighs and looks down to his feet, the bags under his eyes giving away the fact he hasn't rested since this started.
“I'm going to send a group to try and find them, and to take these remains with them.”
>Sir, let me go investigate it
>I'll let you handle that, anything else to be done?
What about the information you've acquired:

Welcome to Modern Necromacy Quest: Redux, It's Summer in-game But This Was Too Good to Pass Up Edition!
This time we follow Liz Shepherd from Olim, Maine, an 18-year-old high school graduate who’s just received a tome of unending horror in the mail, and is on a quest to become the best damn necromancer she can...or at least have some fun with her newfound abilities. So far we have
>Summoned a sassy cat ghost
>Claimed and secured a secret tree-house lair for all our dark needs
>gone to Portland to investigate a possibly supernatural library explosion
>failed a stealth check and got discovered by a guy digging around the library
>gotten pulled through a portal by said guy (Argus) and brought to the Seelie Court, one of two warring factions of Fae
>received an “invitation” to join the Seelie, and politely asked to meet their enemy, the Unseelie, before taking them up on it
>come home and discovered that somebody from the Unseelie is using a Stygian imp to spy on us (and quite a nice imp he was, too)
>gone to a garden store and nursery with our Dad to pick up a few things, imp and cat-spirit still in tow
>narrowly avoided eating an all-too enticing apple at said nursery
>received a small white seed from a wizened old store clerk for our restraint
>studied up on raising multiple summons at once and googled some good info about wards
>found out that your sister is a lying jerk
>lurked moar in a chat between two real life magic users like yourself and got a tip to look for Ulysses' grimoire to learn more about warding
>got tired and went to bed
>woke up, went to the garden store to get some aconite for your lesser physical form summons (basically not!skeltals)
>refused the pushy store clerk the chance to grow the seed herself
>went to portland to look for Ulysses' grimoire so as to learn warding from it
>scared off some magical thugs with a bit of namedropping and well-timed ghost usage
>found the shop we’d been directed to, murdered a shoddily put-together physical form (not!zombie), then trapped the spirit animating it
>beaten up the old lady who created the form
>accidentally released the spirit when trying to remove evidence
>got ahold of Ulysses' grimoire
>permanently banished it with Cat's help
>had our injuries looked after, then concealed with a glamour from Argus
>gone home and slept like the dead (sorry)
>gone to the Unseelie Court in a rolls-royce
>Had a look around, and spotted another Necromancer's animal shade
And that’s where we are now...

There’s another necromancer at the Unseelie Court! You’re sure of it! You only saw the shade for a moment or two, but you’re sure of it. Then again, are necromancers the only ones who can summon spirits like that? Maybe he was...what was it Argus had called you? A warlock? Hmm...the odds seem too far on that. Why would it look identical to your raised animal spirits? It was a necromancer for sure.
The only question now is how to contact them. Would they even be interested in seeing you? Surely they would; why wouldn’t you look for allies in a place like this? From what you’ve gathered, necromancers are hardly looked up to, even in the Unseelie Court. Maybe you could wait for them to come out, and signal them with Cat somehow? They should be able to see your shade, if you can see theirs.
You’re walking forward slowly, trying not to draw attention from the members of the Court sitting around in the sunken pits, talking around braziers or just passing around food and drinks. Some of them look kind enough, but others are horrid things of horns and tentacles that seem positively Lovecraftian. You keep your eye on the door, waiting for it to open and your fellow necromancer to come walking out.
In your focus, you don’t notice much of what’s going on in the Court. Particularly you don’t notice the smaller man who had been standing next to the throne break off his conversation with the massive armored man you assume is Oberon and walk up to you, scroll in hand.
“And who are you, miss? Do you desire an audience with the great Lord Oberon, first of his name, King of the Winter Court, Emperor of the Forests Beyond and Ruler over all of the Fae?”
His voice is so nasal and whining that at first, you think he’s faking it. But he shows no sign of laughing, or anything other than a sort of contemptuous impatience usually encountered only at the DMV and the tax office.
>Be Straightforward, give actual name. (I am Liz Shepherd, and I’m here to see if the Unseelie Court is a better fit than its opposite number.)

Anything combat or skill-related requires 3d6, with bonuses mentioned in the post, luck would be 1d20, but I can't recall if we've used that already.
Discussions among the players is something that makes me happy, but don't forget to end in a clear vote. It makes things easier for me.
>Recap:
Last session you were on the run, found a dead wolf and raised it, killed and raised two goblins, and later two birds after having gained basic blood magic. You passed by a road, and a hollow tree, and you ended up by what you think is a Ley line, which you now consider your own after (brutally) killing a bear, gaining "Empowered Blood Essence" in the process. (End of recap)
Regardless of what you were to do next, you feel the urge to raise the bear which has just given you the Empowered Blood Essence. Feeling hesitant to leave the epicenter of the Ley Line, you order your two Goblin minions to drag the bear corpse closer, an order which they obviously follow after dropping the last remaining bird undead. Your eyes fall upon the once-more dead wolf and a tingle of pity or sadness flows through you.
The bear corpse now about a meter away from where you stand, the power of the Ley line coursing through you, you decide to go all-out, forming runes, glyphs and spell formulae with the empowered blood essence. All technically steps that aren't required, but rather tools to make the process easier, like cutting a tree with an axe rather than a sharp rock. Half a meter tall and two meters in diameter are the layers upon layers of bloody runes floating above the bear, your newfound control empowered by a seemingly unlimited supply of mana helping immensely with the forming of such, you begin a chant bearing the same function as the runes. Less than an hour after the combat began, your new minion rises to its four paws, standing as tall as you are. And with that you feel as though a wind of change is upon you.
>Continued 1/2?

>light grey blocks are low cover points. these can be ducked behind and vaulted over. these don't make great cover, and if you duck behind one theres still a chance you might get shot
>dark grey blocks are high cover points, these can be ducked behind but not vaulted over. these are incredibly effective cover points, and you are unlikely to be shot when ducking behind one of these

After taking yet another lengthy train ride, you and Leah eventually arrive in Leore. The ride itself was mostly uneventful, save for a bit of a tense air during your transfer in New Optain. It seems the events that occurred there on your last pass through are still fresh in the people's minds. You noticed Leah got really tense while you were there, too. However, your minds are currently set on another topic. The town of Leore itself. As you step out of the train and onto the platform, you take a look around.
The place seems just the same as when you visited it before. The citizens are going about their business, and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. You don't see the slightest hint of military presence, either. You do see a couple of townspeople that wave at you and Leah. You think they might be some of the people whose roofs you transmuted and then fixed. They must recognize you.
"I guess we don't have to worry about the place being a war zone when we get here." Leah sighs. "But now what? Do we just start telling people to leave town?"

With your village ransacked and you on the run, you burned a forest, got a book, killed a man and got some friends! They claim they’re going to go fight the nearby Crusader scouting party. Are you ready for combat, mage?
>Character Information: http://pastebin.com/hcM9PfvS
__
Syn stands in front of you, flames dancing around her arms like ribbons. Some lash out towards you, but draw back before they make contact, as if a snake testing the air. She has an air of elegant lethality about her, just as the element she controls. Izuka is silent behind her, his arms crossed.
Izuka is much shorter than you, and he has a strange appearance for a mage. On his back is no more than a long, thick stick with runes etched down the length. It bears no blade, though you expected it to be an axe or hammer. He wears no robes, but instead what looks to be padded clothing, possibly armored? A man like him looks as if he’d make a much better warrior than mage, but who are you to judge who studies the arcane arts? Or perhaps he is a monk?
Syn and Izuka have joined your party!
Element of surprise! If a complex spell is cast as your first spell in combat, it does not require a turn of preparation! All casting DC reduced by 2 for the first two turns of combat due to preparation. Barrier is automatically applied, making enemy attacks less likely to hit for three turns!
The scouting party in the clearing in front of you consists of five Crusaders, and it looks like two of them are elites. You have the element of surprise, so choose wisely, and prepare accordingly.
>Arcane Bolt - DC 4
>Illusory Clones - DC 4
>Combustion (Conical AoE Fire) - DC 13
>Invisibility - DC 14
>Complex Spell; Requires 1 turn of prep; Tangible Illusory Clones - DC 15, creates a clone capable of combat.
While we get votes, would you guys prefer a more casual experience, such as what we’ve had, where it’s essentially meet dc, wreck crusaders after a few attacks, or do you want a stat based, HP, AC, Attack system? XP even? I’m open to suggestions!
Rolled 13 (1d20)
>>983619
I'd say a more casual system!
But add XP
Just because I like seeing the words
>Level Up

Casual System
> Invisibility DC14
our allies can handle the tangibility stuff, we do the flanking sneaky beaky kills on any threats.
>>983674
Guess I'll reply to this to bump
XP will be added, as well as perks in result of that, only solid numbers aside from DC really will be AC so that I can't fudge hits.
An illusory clone comes into view in front of you, but try as you might you just can't seem to make it solid. You sigh and give up on trying to make it combat-able, the clone stands in front of you. The Crusaders haven't yet noticed your presence, though some seem to be feeling antsy.
Syn gets impatient, her hands lighting up. "I'm going in there soon, you'd better hurry up, illusionist."
Izuka stands silently, as stonefaced as ever. Though, you notice his staff now has a spectral waraxe head on the end. Ah- a conjurer. As you take a closer look, you notice his bulk isn't just his own. There's a translucent blue layer of energy over his skin, acting as a sort of armor. Most of it is under his robes, giving him the illusion of looking bulkier, as well as providing protection.
>Try again to make the clone tangible
>Send clone to cause a stir in the camp, go in after it.
>Another spell?
> Last time on Random Adventure Quest...
> You were Slagar, a non-edgy Kitsune Spellsword who thirsts for power! Recently, you've vandalized the home of a part-Ogre lumberjack named Dorht who nearly killed you over it, befriended Dorht, helped him chop lumber in compensation for the destroyed house, and agreed to travel with him to Milyt Town to ask the Artificer Guildmaster about a job he'd been looking to hire Adventurers for. On the way there, the both of you encountered a haggard, panicking man who explained that a notorious gang of gnoll-led bandits had sacked and burned Goden, his home village. You and Dorht sent the man to go find help at a nearby keep, while you both prepared to ambush the bandits.
> Upon reaching Goden, it became evident that the bandits were committing unspeakable atrocities that couldn't be allowed to continue. The pair of you stealthily killed several bandit sentries, before a gnoll archer spotted you, and called out in alarm. Dorht charged the group of archers and was shot several times, and slashed in the stomach, giving him a mortal wound. Enraged, Dorht didn't notice, and charged the defiled temple of Lomar that graced the center of Goden, cutting down bandits left and right on the way. You followed him, and went into a martial trance, flawlessly slaying almost a dozen bandits with ease. The dozen or so bandits remaining stood and fought, three were killed by Dorht, though the bandits finally got lucky, and knocked Dorht on the ground. Upon witnessing the slaughter, the remaining human bandits attempted to run but were cut down by their gnoll allies.
> One of the scum was able to partially sever Dorht's head, killing him instantly. Furious, you slew them both, and unleashed your Pyromancy on the three gnoll warriors, killing one before being attacked by the others. In the ensuing battle, you were almost killed but managed to dispatch both bandits. You were wounded during the fight, several of your ribs are cracked, and you have a vicious cut going down your right forearm that may take a while to heal.
> (cont.)
>>983192
> In the time between then and now...
> You freed the captive villagers, rescuing perhaps twenty humans. Most of them were women the bandits had been abusing, though several were men and children the bandits intended. They were extremely grateful, and though they didn't have any coin left to give you, they allowed you to take half of the bandit's loot, the rest was there's to begin with, or needed to rebuild Goden. They also allowed you to stay, and recover, receiving food and shelter for the time you spent in the village.
> You took your pick of the Bandit's supplies, gaining
> [3 Gold Coins, 49 Silver Coins, 82 Copper Coins, 400 Silver's worth of Trade Goods, 14 Day's Rations, a pair of Iron Gauntlets, and a Steel Dagger.] ((You could wear the Iron Gauntlets for increased protection, but as you don't have any Armor skill, it would encumber your movement somewhat, it's your choice.))
> You helped the villagers repair the destruction the bandits caused, and attended thirty or so depressing funeral services. The one that hit most you most powerfully was Dorht's, he was wrapped in a shroud, and buried near his shack with a set of Goden's finest cutlery. A more devout villager gave him the funeral rites of a Warrior Of Thon, the human God of Justice, Law, and War.
> You discovered that bandits had vandalized and burned Dorht's wagon and its logs, rendering both unusable and worthless. Dorht's donkey was nowhere to be found.
> Two days afterward, Commander Danyl and his militia arrived. 30 men strong, they were well-equipped, and likely would've given the bandits a hard time, assuming they didn't break at the first casualty. Danyl is a gruff man, and quite racist, going off on tangents about gnollish brutality, and commending you for overcoming your cowardly kitsune nature. He seems to be a kindhearted person regardless, and thanks you personally, regretting that he didn't have the authority monetarily reward you, though he did say he would be listing the bandit's supplies as missing in his report to his superiors. The militia left after three days ensuring that the village's funerals were properly carried out, and the rubble rebuilt as well as possible.
> It's been a full two weeks, and your ribcage and right forearm healed enough for you to travel, though there are nearly a dozen small scars on your chest from the mace blow, and your right forearm has a scar, advertising that you were hit vicious, jagged sword cut in the past. Your fur doesn't seem to grow over the scars, but they're easy enough to cover with clothing.
> (cont.)
>>983192
>>983195
> While you were bedridden, you practiced your Pyromancy. This may have been somewhat ill-advised, considering that you were in a wooden bed, in a wooden cabin, but you were careful. Near the latter part of the second week, you learned how to use your magic to make a few interesting sights, noises, and smells, these don't exist in the real world, and are merely an Illusion cast upon your own mind, and cannot influence the world itself. Regardless, they're quite interesting, and vibrant, you're able to show these Illusions to anyone who is willing to see them within 20 feet. If you focus, you can show them to someone who doesn't want to see them, though this tires you. The Illusions are simple and primitive for now, but if you keep practicing, you'll eventually master them.
> [Skills:] [Fire Magic, +1] [Illusion Magic, +1]
> You've just woken up. Your ribcage still aches, but your arm is fine, and you feel that you're ready to leave Goden. After all, you don't want to stay and abuse the hospitality and gratitude of Goden forever, not while there's unimaginable power to be gained in the farthest reaches of the world.

Forgot about these.
What happened thread 1: You started off with Akira, your bashful Bodyguard-tier Doll assistant. You've met up with your childhood friend Mary and your bro, Bruno. You've earned some cash as well from doing some jobs, which you've invested into buying studying material and business casual clothing. You've also just made out with Akira after being drunk at a Karaoke with your friends.
What happened thread 2: You discovered the consequences of Doll pregnancy and met Marcus, a Doll shop owner. You have arranged to have Akira work at his shop along Izumi a first edition loli Doll.

You faux sighed, and then hug-tugged Akira closer to you, as she meeped at your pull. You've decided to give into her insistence. Your Doll then hummed needily, with a slight giggle at the end as she resumed kissing your neck, up to your face, until she grabbed your head and started to greedily assault your lips with hers.
"Ok but ju-mmff" you tried to tell her before things got out of hand, but she shook her head and started to kiss you and mewl harder.
Fuck it.
You exhaled a chuckle through your nose, and then held her hair and waist against you, to return the same treatment, as she immediately started to writhe in delight.
(cont)
---
Trying to conceal your panting, you both arrived to Marcus's Doll shop. You knew how impeccable Japanese were with times - You both nearly arrived late to work with Marcus.
However, on the opposite side, you saw Marcus arrive in the nick of time as well.
"Uhm, oh, hello!" he greeted, chipper, as he pulled the shop keys from his pocket and went to open it. "It's great to see you both here. Let's begin!"
---
Marcus showed you the different products the store had stocked. For the most part, it was a shop of a little bit of everything, from special foods to enhancers, to clothing to software. He also took orders for Dolls themselves too, and Izumi and Akira were the poster girls for that, as well as general assistants.
The morning was mostly uneventful. A couple of curious people had arrived to check the store out, and made a couple purchases, but other than that, not much.
"The evenings have a lot more people." Marcus pointed out. "And for then, the whales are the people to really look out for. These guys make for like half of all of the income. Make sure to give him the best treatment."
---
A stiff-moving, very handsome, but lanky man walked into the store before lunchtime. He just stood at the entrance, and then scuttered to the counter, straight up to Marcus.
"H-Hello." he said. "Do you know how to turn Dolls off?"
"You... can just let them sleep?" Marcus said. "Its in the manual."
"Will they s-sleep... forever?" he replied, with faux worry.
"Well, yeah. You should wake them up. It can be pretty dangerous to keep them in sleep mode."
"Do yy-ou sell m-manuals?" he then stuttered.
You turned to see if you could help Marcus, and noticed that the man had an entry plug just like Akira in the back of his nape. This guy was a Doll.
>Sell the Doll a manual which will have instructions on putting Dolls into sleep mode, and direct him to a gaming café, where he can get a computer to plug himself to.
>Call the authorities about a missing Doll, so that he can be returned to his owner.
>Privately offer to the doll to "permanently sleep" him yourself.
>Write in
>>976930
Well, this is unexpected. I'm really not sure what to do about this. Of course, I guess things like this is only to be expected.
>Write in
>Tell Marcus that you can handle this one and take the doll to the side.
>Ask him why he's here, what happened to his owner? Make sure to stay calm and appear concerned about him.
I'd like to have more information before making a decision

Zoe's sheet: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1L4ooBZNZtcQF6cnMNmJ3K9LaVOQ2A1skP7ICv-Ff-NM/edit?usp=sharing
You are Zoe "Zippo" Morris, Fairest of the Autumn Court and contender to succeed the throne after King Raven, and you are pretty sure there wasn't this much drama trying to set up parties back when you were mortal.
Well. Not this much drama with implied violence, anyway.
"I need to go see Rachael Reeds," you tell Moira, at length. "I need to head something off before it can start, and maybe get her support for July at Christmas. Maybe Summer already has it, maybe they're having trouble finding her, but she hasn't been around the Freehold lately either. I'd like to start at her house."
"First of all, fuck you," Moira says flatly. "Second of all, coming right up, but I ain't staying near Reeds. No way, no how."
"I honestly can't be mad at you for that."
You keep your head on the dash for the entire trip, your temples throbbing. You always feel like shit when you're low on Glamour and this is twice in one day you've dipped down. You just, you need to pull over for a minute and -
No. You won't go staggering into the street for this, not when you've already asked Moira for so much. You're fine. You've got some. You can handle this.
Rachael makes most of her money through Pledges and retains a mortal accountant to keep the authorities off of her back. A bad experience a year into her life as a newly returned Changeling taught her that the IRS will catch shit literally everyone else misses, and while Reeds may be insane, no one has ever successfully accused her of being stupid. The end result is a surprisingly pastoral property, with (admittedly thin) front and side yards and an actual back yard - something you normally have to go to the suburbs to successfully find. Her front garden blooms with Winter flowers in anticipation of the season, and though her curtains are drawn you see a pair of cars in the driveway, one of them hers.
Rachael had been talked out of driving a hearse, but she'd still insisted that it be a Cadillac.
>>976880
You open the door and get out, carefully, so as not to disturb Reminisce. You shut the door and give Moira a nod, and the Darkling leaves as fast as she can without burning rubber. You take a deep breath, pat yourself down, and open the small gate in Rachael's white picket fence that lets you onto her property. It swings shut behind you and latches on its own while you approach the front door and, with your heart in your throat, ring the doorbell.
Maybe twenty seconds later, Rachael herself wrenches the door open with a wild look in her eyes. The Waterborn Elemental's hair flows with seaweed and wet Autumn leaves, and her clothes are perpetually soaked by the thin layer of water that ripples and flows across her skin and visible gills.
Her eyes, never quite focused on the best of days, are wide with pupils like pinpricks.
You open your mouth to talk when she grabs you with inhuman strength, drags you inside, and slams you against the wall hard enough to crack the solid oak. The door shuts on its own and locks, bolts throwing to keep you inside. You take 1 damage
"WHERE IS IT?" Rachael screams. "GIVE IT BACK!"
"Where's what? What are you talking about?" you protest, holding your hands up when you see her fist come back, lined with currents of water fast enough to cut steel.
Your eyes stray to her hair. Her comb - her golden comb, inset with lapis lazuli, the one the Rook had tried to convince you she'd replaced - is gone.
> Talk [Persuasion against difficulty 13; see Strife in the Court]
> Fight [cutscene]You have LOW GLAMOUR (-2 on all rolls)
Current Health: 6/7
Current Glamour: 4/13
You may be wondering at the cutscene. The short version is I wanna be able to show what Zoe's capable of. The longer version is that I also don't wanna slow down the pace of this particular story by doing granular combat, mainly because that's not what this particular one-shot is ABOUT. Either option is fine.
Remember to greentext your votes and to include any expenses of Glamour you want to make.
At this point I gotta get ready for work, which leaves this vote open. I'm also open for all manner of questions, comments, discussion, feedback, and criticisms, which I'll address as I can via phone.

>> Fight [cutscene]
we literally can't make a 13 with 4 glamour because of that -2.
Last thread died and it doesn't look like OP is going to start a new one, so I'm just going to go ahead and make one.
I think everyone probably already knows how to play evo games, but just in case:
-You start with a few base organisms and evolve from there.
-Evolutions can be a change to the previous organism, or split off a new branch. Make sure to specify!
-One change per post, plus free color changes.
-Try to keep changes small, gradual, and realistic.
-Etc.
Anyway here is our first organism, the megawiggle. Megawiggles are small (2.5 cm), filter-feeding, sessile invertebrates. They form large colonies, or "clusters", composed around a dozen core individuals and their asexually reproduced clones. Clusters take the form of large spheres of Megawiggle, between 2 and 20 feet, and move like tumbleweed across shallow areas of the ocean floor. Megawiggle are dependent on the net organism, Muppers, in order to survive.
>>987863
Muppers (for "mutualistic flipper") are a species of small (3 cm) carnivores that coexist within clusters. They produce a thick gel that is inhabited by a wide variety of microscopic life, mostly photosynthetic algae. They also release a toxic "ink", which they use to defend their host colony from attackers. Muppers feed off of the "cilia" of the Megawiggles they live with, but this is a fairly inefficient source of energy. Coupled with the need to constantly produce gel and ink, they have very little free energy, and thus spend most of their time floating around in the cluster.
>>987881
Slurpers, named for their long, semi-prehensile tongues, are carnivorous chordates that feed off of the cilia of Megawiggle clusters, like Muppers. Unlike Muppers or Megawiggles, they are not adapted to survive the toxic environment within a cluster; instead, they secrete a jelly-like cocoon to insulate themselves, allowing them to enter a cluster and feast themselves. The cocoon is not impervious to Mupper ink, and must periodically be replaced when the concentration of ink gets too high. As they are unable to smell through their gel membrane, Slurpers have developed simple compound eyes, capable of sensing color and movement, to help them navigate within clusters.
>>987890
The Sluggle is a well-protected, nearly sessile filter-feeder. When threatened, it withdraws it's tentacle within itself and clamps down on the rock it is on; together with it's hard but flexible shell, this makes it extremely hard to injure. Although technically capable of movement, the Sluggle is so slow that it generally only bothers moving when it absolutely has to.
>Information
This quest takes place long before the events of The Last Airbender. Long before Aang, Roku, Kyoshi, Kuruk, or Yangchen. You play as a young Earthbender from a small village in one of the many Kingdoms scattered across the main continent. As a powerful villain strives to dominate the world, you will be forced to make choices that can stop it, aid it, or have no effect whatsoever.
>Rules
After each update I make, there will be a voting period of ten minutes. Once ten minutes have passed, whatever option has the most support will be the winner.
Write-ins are accepted, but only when specified If you see a write-in option, suggest whatever you like. If not, choose from the options I have provided.
Sometimes, rolls will be required. I will assign them, and they will operate under a d100 system. You will have three chances, and if one of the rolls succeeds, you pass. There are no crits, but I do take into account how much you succeed or fail by.
I reserve the right to veto certain write-ins, but will try to avoid doing so.
I hope you all have fun
