Not him, apparently (according to a post I once read) it was created by Hiro, the man who didn't know how to delete polls when he made the poll asking pass users if they want back visible sage, so instead of deleting it he made it forbidden. It's been that way since it was noticed or something.

The other poster is right. It existed in a usable form for about 12 hours on the date in the pic. It quickly filled up with gore and baneposting. I only have a few screenshots of threads I made which I Ieft up, then I fell asleep. When I woke up the board was closed.
