But if I were to participate in your false choice, I'd pick a. Many third world countries are improving rapidly, so in 100 years or so my homogeneous white 3rd world country would be 1st world, and since you said no immigrants ever, it would stay white. I wouldn't get to enjoy it while it is nice but my grandkids and great-grandkids would.
