Telling you, there were plenty of country bumpkins and white trash that lived there. A good chunk of Newtown was farmland as well. It's pretty evenly divided when it comes to those demographics. I would say for the most part yes, it's probably Middle class families but it's pretty split across the board in terms of actual population makeup. When I was at Head O'Meadow, I graduated in 2001. It was Mrs. King's class, she was a blonde, middle aged lady. In the graduating class, there were 4 classes. Each had roughly 20-30 students. So, mathematically, we, tops, graduated 120 kids (give or take). For me, it's the culmination of everything regarding Sandy Hook that discredits the story.

In all these threads, there's people always discussing and debating over just one part of the entire mess of things.

There are excuses made for each and every inconsistency, poor decision, strange connection, mix-up, mistake, etc, and, truthfully, these excuses often make sense. However, there comes a point when there are just too many flimsy excuses that you can longer believe in any of them.

That is what gets me the most, the entire culmination of excuses, and mental gymnastics that people need to do to make sense of this story discredits it entirely.

I mean, can you imagine if Adam Lanza was still alive, and went to trial for the shooting? If the only evidence against him was the evidence that has been released to the public, there's no way he could be convicted.

Anyone that lived in this town would tell you that you pretty much got to know everyone. I had friends from all these schools. I used to go to community events and school pride events at Sandy Hook, field day events, etc. I have since moved away from Newtown but still keep contact with many of my friends from this town. One of my closest friends from the 4th grade onward went on to become a teacher at the local High School and substitute taught for various elementary classes at any of the schools around there. He described to me the most horrifying story of that day when several of his students were murdered when he was called around 9:00am to come in to assist a teacher with the class.
