>>140547859 >still not on Zeronet the best anti-censorship tool ever Its like the leftists idea of a dumb nazi is true. How many hours till it gets taken down again because its still hosted only on a single server?
Meanwhile Zeronet is free and open source and makes websites impossible to take down by distributing them to every visitor using the BitTorrent protocol, yet the owner is still in control of it, thanks to public key privacy.
www.zeronet.io (Caution: Zeronet is primarily anti-censorship, not pro-privacy nor pro-anonymity although both can be bolted on using TOR or vpns)
>>140552414 i think the big issue is the registrar, there are plenty of smaller hosts that wouldn't give a fuck what you post, something like zeronet would just kill readership. using p2p or bittorrent is gay, it works for onion because you have that layer of plausible deniability, which isn't needed for a nazi mailer. in another few weeks (if it's not over already) the virtue signalling will die off and he can run his shit without any issues.
>>140555570 yeah but keep in mind that if the site is down the readership is at exactly zero. If you have at least the zeronet version functioning at least some people could access it. And honestly even on windows its literally just 2 clicks to run. Not to mention that no one gets vanned just for torrenting websites.
Pic: This is how the Zeronet starting page looks like
>>140553214 boo hoo, a horrendously obese anti-white domestic terrorist communist agitator died, who also wanted a communist revolution, hated white people, and believed and practiced in physically silencing and denying people's freedom of speech and assembly. She deserved to be ran over.
I hope to see videos, music, and movies that celebrate her death by replaying it over and over with different flashy scenes. Heather was a stupid, low-iq, low-information consumer who believed in feelings over constitutional rights. Fuck heather for all eternity. May all of her family die of heart attacks.
>>140557986 Some guy who fell 75ft from a scaffolding at an arena under construction in Detroit also died of a heart attack. He was not morbidly obese. The fall triggered the heart attack just like the car tiggered her heart attack. It's usually what happens in such cases. Although apparently some of the Lockerbie plane bombing victims were still briefly alive when help came despite falling a few miles. They died from the injuries sustained due to the fall but they managed to survive the initial impact for a bit
>>140552414 kek, security on that shit is even worse than it is on the surface internet. >muh (((TOR))) Have fun getting put on a list, and your browsing habits singled out for using a government-owned browser.
>>140559651 I haven't seen evidence yet that she was even hit by the car. Teal shirt fatty is a different person. But the question isn't really relevant except to khaki-man's defense team. >>140557650 has the best post in the thread.
>>140552414 Fuck off, medpack. Nobody wants to install a separate program. Most people aren't going to bother with that shit. And the ones who would bother are already capable of hopping on TOR and getting to DS that way
TDS is a honeypot, so don't click that link anon. Don't install Tor either, that will get you put on a super secret list for naughty goys! Better not to visit Andy Anglin's edgy comedy blog at all. Just go to sleep... I think we could all benefit from a good nap.
>>140559977 >kek, security on that shit is even worse than it is on the surface internet. Its at least as good. Because its decentralized it actually offers more privacy than clearnet. That aside from the fact that its strictly anti-censorship.
>>140560533 Tor is pro-privacy and pro-anonymity. It is not anti-censorship. Take down the server and tor or not the site goes down. Also Tor is really slow.
>>140562491 well it just does not need it, thats all. While you can type in adresses, internally it uses Bitcoin adresses. This makes it easy to donate money to websites you like without the need to go through Patreon or similar
Pic: Advanced files settings. In case you find cp you can either delete/blacklist the whole site or do it selectively with files
>>140560533 >And the ones who would bother are already capable of hopping on TOR and getting to DS that way
This is the crux of the matter. You can make something almost impossible to censor if the readers want to get it badly enough, but that's not going to get you broad appeal. You need ease of access to get to a wider audience.
>>140563754 That's not how it works, if it's appealing enough, users will overcome these small hurdles, but I think it's more important to have freedom on the surface, not in any dark corner of the web nourished by some elitist lunatics that do nothing useful to their own ideas.
>>140564839 >LMAO, ZeroNet apparently doesn't even support server-side scripts >server side >purely p2p I bet even the retards make fun of you.
>Besides, there is absolutely NO rationale in using p2p hosting at this point. It's not hosting that is the problem, it's the registrars. It's not hard to find an offshore hosting provider. With Zeronet you do not NEED a registrar at all.
>So this is just a geek toy with no usability for the masses. Yeah, like this geeky thingamajing called Internet back in 1993
>>140568338 >The Internet caught on because it provided real utility to normies. Propagation of samizdat is not valued as such, unfortunately. Neo Nazis are not the only ones getting censored. The more they clamp down on free speech, the more people will look for alternatives.
>>140547859 Looks like the registrar is an Austrian university. If they don't bow to the SJW threats, we'll know of at least one registrar that's reliable. Unfortunately, they only do .AT domains, so it's not like everyone else can move domains there. We could still use a general registrar that handles all the standard TLDs.
