Im trying to get people to work for the company I work for. I develop software, but we manufacture hardware in-house and have had a serious problem trying to get people to work in the manufacturing section of the business. So far this year we have had 5 positions open all year, and one or two will join, work less than a week, and quit. I dont want to bias you, but they are all 18->22 years old. The older experienced people wont work for the 15.00$ an hour we pay new higher (25 cents raise every july, 65 cent raise every jan).
How do we get reliable employees? the manufacturing sections as about 80% mesakin. The work is not hard, but you do break a sweat in spring and summer. The company wont pay more (minimum wage in my state is under 9.00$). Im worried the place might shut down, which means I loose my job too.
>>133105999
Additional info: We have already reduced the production requirements for new hires by 30%, added payed lunch (0.5 hour) and extended breaks from 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
Anyone who starts now would literally be making 20+ an hour after 6 years. (caps at like 25$ then only yearly raise of 3%).

>The company wont pay more
you're going out of business.

>The older experienced people wont work for the 15.00$
Raise the wage or get just youth and unskilled.

How hard will it be to beat Trump in 2018?
pretty fucking hard considering that it's a midterm
hard. the districts are heavily gerrymandered. however, there are 20+ seats in the tuesday group (moderate republicans) that are very vulnerable bc hillary won their districts (but they won the seat).
trump just needs to stop fucking up. his disapproval ratings are horrible.

How can anyone have an Anarcho-capitalist world-view?
When Stefan Molyneux talks about this his arguments are absolutely stupid. There is just no other way to put it.
I have struggle to understand how an intelligent (read "intelligent" in triple parenthesis, especially in Molyneux's case) person can adopt this system
>share memes or insights as to this system
>>133105452
Bump
There was a recent Molyneux discussion, he started talking about how you don't need a state and everyone can just sue each other if they violate property rights. He went on to say the emergency services should be privatised, and he made the argument that that would be fine because of some TV show about a private investigator solving a case that he watched.
The whole thing was so funny, I kind of just want to discuss how crazy what he was saying was
The thing about us, is that if you're leaving us alone, we'll never bother you.
Unlike rape gangs. Oh well, part and parcel, eh guvna?
https://www.dailystormer.com/memes-are-a-threat-to-democracy/
Never meme again. It is a threat to democracy. The professor who wrote a book on how satire is saving our nation has said so.
You are admonished.
The real violence, of course, not the physical violence, but the real violence is Blasphemy, as contained in this meme - to merely dare to think it is to incinerate six gazillion Jews on impact. Don't be violent. Stop hate.
I had to move out of two mansions in the last year for believing this nigger.
>>133003521
That was not funny. This was wrong think. Your are a thought criminal. Remember, when you police yourselves there is no need for Goodthink Enforcers
>>133003234
Memes are just rhetoric condensed down to image form.
They are no different than political posters.
The French leftoids used to make monotone lino prints and paste them around the cities to get their message out.
Now we can use full-colour mixed-media and can paste them around internet because of advances in technology.
She wrote a book called “Is Satire Saving Our Nation?: Mockery and American Politics”.
Satire is also a form of rhetoric which uses comedy to deliver its message.
I can presume her answer was yes.
So why does she think some rhetoric is helping democracy while other rhetoric destroys it?
Help me understand.

It's sad to think there are people who think "meme wars" are real or have any real world impact.
Or those who think they can impact the world at all because they had an argument with edgy 15 year Olds on an anime image board.
I'm glad you all are haveing fun but in the end a lot of what /pol/ Is is just LARPing for edgy far right children. Acually it's not even LARP as its on the computer.
/pol/ Is D&D for edgy children with 0 understanding of geopolitics but want to feel special, who think anything said or done here impacts anyone, or who thinks setting up bots to spam CNNs twitter does anything but create content for cringe threads.

Remember when the biggest fear was an outbreak of a nuclear war, everyone thought Russia and China would attack.
Funny how much changed so quickly and now the biggest fear is an ethnic genocide
Do you think in a decade or two there will be a complete different fear and situation people will focus on?
it will be the ayys. we are very close to disclosure
