What does /pol/ think of this guy? I think he sounds pretty fucking cool.

1) He got offended by a guy who dissed him in a newspaper. So he challenged that guy to a duel. The opponent was known for having great aim. So Jackson let him go first, believing that the speed of having to draw quickly might make his aim a little worse. The guy hit Jackson right in the chest - the bullet was so close to his heart that it was never removed because it would have killed him. Under the rules of duelling, the opponent then had to stand still while Jackson returned a shot. He took his time, aimed for the head, and killed the man.

His reputation was damaged by this affair - people saw the duel as irresponsible and reckless, and akin to cold-blooded murder by Jackson. But he eventually rebuilt his reputation.

2) He was a plantation owner. He bought his first slave when he was young, then built up a huge army of slaves (150 - 300 depending on estimates) to pick cotton and other crops, and make him loads of money. He disciplined his slaves but was known as being quite humane for the time - he fed them well, and allowed the women to have children.

3) In 1813 he led troops who took areas of Indian territory by force. Just took their land. Forced them out. Pretty fucking alpha. His belief in Americans taking territory from the Indians was further enshrined when he was President, in 1830, when he signed the Indian Removal Act, which ordered the forceful removal of Indians from their lands in the Southern US.

4) In 1815, he led the American troops against the British in the Battle of New Orleans, an utterly decisive victory for the Americans which fought off a British attempt to take the port city.

Basically he sounds like a fucking cool guy.

This is going to sound crazy to y'all but I think I'm being turned into a Jew. One mornin I woke up with a searin dick pain and I went to check it out. I kid you not my entire foreskin was gone. After that I was seriously freaked out and I went to work, however I felt this overwhelming urge and ended up quitting my job and applying to work at a bank. It must've been the ZOG or something because they had me workin the same day. Since then my nose has swelled up and turned into a Jew nose.

I would say this all happened without warning but there were symptoms before hand. For one I was walking with a friend and saw a penny and instinctively reached down to pick it up. Also the night before all this happened my wife said that I was sleep murmuring in Yiddish.

Please save yourselves! Don't drink the water I think that's how they get you! They put Jew chemicals in it or something...

There are 27 countries in the EU, 27. Some are very small like Dutchland or Belgium, while others are large like Sweden or Finland, but with a small population. Others are so small in population and area, they cannot even afford a real airforce (Baltics).

Having a unified EU airforce which can fly over the whole EU territory and shoot down jihadi hijacked airplanes or Russian stealth bombers is a logical next step.

Just compare the EU to the US in active aircraft operated by airforces:

US: 957 F-16s, 287 A-10s, 450 F-15s, 195 F-22s and 70 F-35s

EU: 454 Eurofighters, 131 Rafale, 137 Mirage, 232 Gripen, 463 F-16, 148 F-18, 422 Tornados and 58 MIG-29s.

Nearly 40% of the EU airforce is Russian or American made. And the individual airforces do not even cooperate with each other. The battle readiness is way below that of the US airforce.
