weed is addictive and quitting it has effects on the body and mind that take an effort of will to push through. the best way is to have 3 days or so lined up where you don't have to do shit. try to reduce your intake prior to that. then just quit cold turkey. you have those 3 days to be a piece of shit with a fever and feeling weird rushes of emotion. its hard to have to go to work and feel like that so its good to have some days off. then you have 2 weeks where it sucks. then you have 3 months where its not too bad. then you are clear. you'll have dreams that encourage you to pick it back up. you have to #resist my man. #willpower
