I still don't get it. Yes, I hear people talk about "yada yada, tourism good, royals make tourism happen", but still, why them? What if they are old and grumpy and ugly and would repel tourists? Would that mean monarchies would go away? Is the only reason they still exist because they look sort of like B-celebrities just like Kim Kardashian?
If they had power and democracy were limited, I would get it - a powerful King or Queen makes sense, as they have actual stuff to do, but a monarchy without power? Why?

I don't know how many of you actually went to the event, but we all know what happened. Any member of the Right who went to the event, promoting racism or not, who had their picture taken is getting their life ruined. Left wing group such as Anonymous are doxxing the people in the photos and calling their employers, which is getting them fired. Trump said both sides are responsible. So can we do this to members of Antifa as well? Can we have people post pictures of ANtifa at trhe event, identify the members and get them fired as well. Its the least we can do for our fellow members on the Right. Whether you agree with what they did or not, they're still allowed to use their free speech to say what they want. and shouldn't be punished for it.

Figured I'd make a thread about this as there are already quite a few of you confirmed to show up, so why not gather more. Obviously this won't get too crazy, but it's good for some fun.
The cuck state of Canada (more specifically Vancouver) is rallying to disrupt an event put on by some right-wing groups to discuss immigration and the dangers of Islam infesting our once beautiful country.
There will be a group of presumably 100+ gathered together to listen to a few speakers, share some thoughts, and be on our way. However liberals don't like free speech when it doesn't benefit them, so they're trying to shut us down and cause as much shit as possible.
The cops already have a plan to keep everyone apart, so if you're going there thinking we'll collect some antifa scalps, don't get your hopes up. However with that being said, antifa is pretty much guaranteed to show up along with some other leftist groups like black lives matter, and if things do get a bit crazy, I can guarantee the cops won't be able to stop everyone.
My intention here is to gather some people and get together for some good discussions. I did this last time with Jordan Peterson's event and made a few really good friends. And of course to have the added support in case the libtards try anything.
Anyway, I'm going to be at Broadway Canada Line station at 1pm Saturday with a few friends until about 1:15, which is when we'll head to city hall. I'll most likely have a big Canadian flag on my back.
If anyone wants to brainstorm shit or if anyone has questions, now's the time to chat.
