I work as a photographer for apartments/condos/real estate, but a friend asked me to do some photos of her... I've shot some people before, and I've been looking through fashion magazines and watching some dubiouos tutorials on youtube. But I was wondering if there were any last minute, little tips anyone has for this kind of photography.

Whatever you do don't pose her like pic related.
Scout locations, discuss wardrobe, plan hair control and makeup for the day, and remember it's as much about the silhouette as the detail.
You have one job on the day, which is to make her look as attractive as possible.
How's your post processing?

Where do you go to FIND models? Conversely, where would one go to offer their time as a model?

You can search by geographic area, gender, type of photos they'll pose for (nude, not nude, etc.), compensation (trade for pics, cash, whatev)

I don't know how much luck I'll have, because I've never modeled before but have a very specific shoot that I want to do and I'm not sure anybody wants to collaborate with an amateur, but tryin' my luck nonetheless.
