Well, I'm an amateur and I don't know shit about how you've gone technically. But I like what you've got here.
The only part I don't like much is the bottom third of >>314750. I know it's cars and traffic but it's a big part of the photo that's kinda dark and sort of almost have the outlines of the cars but not quite. Personally I'd brighten that a little. And the sky maybe a little too much pink/orange in the sky.
