What's your opinion on them? I find Tony refreshing because he comes from a tech background and is not just a photographer who's sticking to what they've always done and never want to change what isn't broken, and he isn't afraid to criticize companies and doesn't have biases towards gear and just uses what's the best for the application. But sometimes their videos are really corny, they sometimes try too hard to be funny and the ad shilling gets a bit over the top

How do you people carry your gear when you're out shooting? It doesn't feel like there's one solution to rule them all and changing lenses is always a pain in the ass.
Right now I don't really have a lot of gear so I'm thinking about replacing the neck strap that came with my camera for a wrist strap and keep carrying my gear in my backpack, but accessing the gear is a hassle unless you're using a photography backpack or slingbag or whatever.
Do you just stick to using one versatile lens when you're out shooting, or what?

I use a shoulder bag (domke f2) because it usually fits all I need for a day out shooting without allowing a too huge amount of capacity so I don't get tired and also it acts as a kind of table on hip height when flipped open and that way helps a lot with changing lenses, film backs and so on.
I use almost no zooms (only a huge 70-200 that I only take when I absolutely need it because it's heavy) so I change lenses all the time and it's really fast and easy with a shoulder bag like that.
