what kind of knife is this?

It's a Korean Ginseng knife. For digging out wild Ginseng roots.
Costs around $600.
It is made from specially alloyed "blue" Brass, because Koreans believe steel alters the taste of Ginseng.

Its a known fact that a steel can alter a taste. Cut a apple with a 440c and with a 1095 blade, you can easily taste a difference when you nom nom it.

I cut apples only with stone blades, as there are no steels that do not negatively affect taste.

This is why Korea is still in the stone age. Using any metal at all, no matter how it is finished or how much it costs, degrades both the taste and the health improving qualities of ginseng. If they can't figure that out there is no hope for them.
For ginseng it is either a simple wood tool (if the digger is poor) or obsidian (best choice).

OP here, I simply like the style of the blade. It was on bespoke boxes when I seen it if that helps. So my questions is what style blade is this.

This is a Hori Hori knife. It's basically a type of Japanese garden knife. Like a shovel with edges. Very useful in a garden but don't expect it will replace regular knife in camping.
