All the time. Anything decent will allow humidity to pass out of the bag, I use an SOL Escape bivvy; the only issue I've noticed is that you only get about 100 uses out of it before the thermal reflectivity layer starts to wear off, so I go through a couple each year.

As someone who's been around dogs all my life and seen them interact with pretty much every animal that exists in my area, I can say with utmost confidence that this dog was not trying to save that deer at all.
