I waited for awhile to get my license because I knew I'd never be able to afford a car in HS or even uni, but I got it a few months ago after my grandpa said he was looking for a new car and would sell me his for 100$ when he did. If I were you Id go full slav and drive around in an m3. shit breaks in bmws often but if you replace the stuff that does break with better quality parts (metal water pumps, limited slip diff) then itll last you. also, cause you live in europe parts will be cheaper. Definitely plan on buying some shitty cheap 4 cyl with a manual transmission; like some old VW golf or jetta or something like that. Just want something to dick around and work on and play around in all the gears in town without having to worry about losing my license.

Surprisingly having to drive around at like 1/5th throttle to do the speed limit isnt that fun.

i have a cheap ass toyota celica that i just romp on. clutch dumps at the stoplight, skids cuz no ABS, e-braking around corners. no fucks given with the pedal on the floor. but i don't have to worry about dying cuz i'm only doing like 40 mph.
