You're out running errands and you accidentally back into this guy and damage his car. Jay is in his car when it happens. The accident is your fault.
What would you do?
>>17234362
Depends- what's he driving?
Jay is one of my heroes, so I would be devastated. I might actually burst into tears and feel worse for making a fool of myself.
I'd feel horrible for a long time, for sure.

One of his old Bugattis.
Post vehicles where you wouldn't expect to see them. Pic related, it'a a GTR in a Cookout drivethru.

>>17234304
Parked next to a GTR at Panera bread today. Didn't think to much of it, was too busy admiring the car
>>17234311
This. What, you figure because some prick has the money to buy a GTR suddenly he's a different species? Why would it surprise you to see a person in a car at the drivethrough? There is some rich Asian kid in my town driving a Bentley who must have the same general lunch habits as me because I see him 2-3 times a week at the local Tim Hortons. Just another guy, only one who happens to have loaded parents.
How do you fix peeling clear coat?
outta my way rooster boy
Money, anon. Lots of it.

Hey I might be overthinking this but I might be sleeping in a van for one evening and I am concerned with oxygen supply or carbon dioxide build up. Is it paramount that I leave a window open or something or will I be fine?
Jesus Christ does rhis belong in the stupid question thread, but as long as you're not in an enclosed space and the engine isn't RUNNING while you're sleeping you'll be fine. Crack a window if you're a paranoid idiot though, which...

Stay at home, stay in school, get a decent job, move out. Grow the fuck up.
>>17234087
Hey fuck face I'm literally a millionaire. I'm going to a party and I don't want to drive home drunk so I'm just going to sleep in my van instead for that one night which is why I'm asking
So there's been talk about my province (Ontario) reintroducing photo radar. We had it many years ago and it was abolished because it was shit.
Our communist government sees it as a lucrative cash grab and wants to bring it back, phasing it in with "school zones" and "community safety areas" first.
Anyhow, I figure it's time to look at buying a radar detector, considering everyone will be getting tickets for going 5kmh over the speed limit. I'm not a chronic speeder, but I usually do about 10kmh over the posted limit. Cops always used their discretion, and it was understood that if you were doing 10 over they turned a blind eye, but anything more and you were fair game. Photo radar doesn't do that - it's calibrated to nab you if you're even 1km over, and in the past they had it set to issue tickets for anyone doing 5kmh over.
Anyone have experience with radar detectors? Specifically, in places where they're not allowed? I'd need something that is undetectable, but will help alert me to speed traps/photo radar. I know most don't defend against LIDAR, but it's about risk management at this point. All unmanned systems still use K-Band AFAIK, and I can defend against it with a detector.
Also no jamming is required, I just want passive defense. Best brands, models, features, etc. to look for? Any way to rig it up covertly so it can't be seen in my vehicle? Or does it need to be mounted high and visible on the windshield?
Any advice/help is appreciated.

>photo radar
lol shoot those fuckers like you're in L.A.
>>17233985
I remember hearing about some spree in the UK where guys trashed like 1,000 speed cameras in a very short period of time. Not sure if it actually did anything, other than cost taxpayers more money to replace the cameras, but it made me realize that I'm tired of getting fucked left and right by this government. I'm not looking to start street racing, but if you give them an inch they'll take a fucking mile. That's how it is in Ontario.
Also forgot to post link to relevant article:
http://www.torontosun.com/2017/04/30/conservative-mpp-wants-proposed-bill-allowing-potential-photo-radar-on-highways-altered
ONTARIANS OF LEGAL VOTING AGE, CONSIDER THIS SHIT WHEN YOU VOTE IN THE NEXT PROVINCIAL ELECTION.
Even if you're in agreement with photo radar, more tickets WILL be issued because of it. Insurance companies will use this data to increase auto insurance rates for EVERYONE, especially people living in areas with higher ticket issuance.
>>17233968
I have a radar detector but hell I don't remember the brand but they're decent, not always reliable it just gives me peace of mind. It's better at picking up speed traps than actual police but it does pick them up as well just not as often or efficient
Bout to buy my first car. I like land rovers. Old discoveries and range rovers go for about the same price. Which one is better?
Or are land rovers shit?

He's becoming more unhinged as time goes on. I think he's coming to realize that his big break will never happen, and that he's been making a complete retard of himself for a solid decade, all for nothing.
>>17233765
You know, it's actually very unfortunate what happened and it's not his fault at all. His show was massively popular and it got taken down because of backroom politics.
He got his own show and people loved it. He's damn right to be pissed it got cancelled and he's out of a career for no good reason.
I got new wheels for my RS
>>17233563
Eh, how much did you pay? I would have done some actual mods (probably).
>>17233571
$2k for the wheels. 18x9.5 Enkei RS05RR custom drilled. $800 for the Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires. The car drives better. Lost about 10lbs per corner.
>spend 36k+ for a hatchback
>buy wheels that look almost like the stock ones originally on the car
that double spoiler bothers me.
Friendly reminder if you can't deadlift your own car you will never make it and might as well just ride the bus.

How did this car find its way in movies and video games so quickly? its an Arab Tycoon's car with a Porsche engine and some diamonds scattered in places.
Is there a conspiracy going on here? is this the product of successful shilling?

Is there anything worse on the road than a suburban trucknigger who only drives it to feel like a man?
What if they own a boat?
Checkmate, poorfag.

man your life must suck getting bullied by big trucks all the time

Impossible desu. Been burned by their shit cars and I don't intend on giving them another chance.
They can't into tuning. Engine tuning, suspension tuning, chassis tuning, transmission tuning, it's all the little details that are lacking.
Already posted this in /dbt/, but it needs to reach as many as possible. For those that don't know, YammieNoob is a motovlogger that has crashed multiple times, most recently head on with a driver because he tries to race on public roads and is proud of it.
I know you guys aren't fans of reddit, but please read this: https://www.reddit.com/r/motorcycles/comments/6c4tex/got_an_interesting_email_about_yammin00b_accident/
TL;DR:
>YammieNoob's Porsche driving victim is now the owner of a totalled car and is still making repayments for it
>YammieNoob had the minimum insurance, so the victim is getting fuck all compensation despite having fucking spinal injuries
>YammieNoob refuses to pay any more due to claiming he has no income (and yet has bought two bikes, a new truck, and a fuckton of other shit recently)
If you'd like to donate to the victim, a link is on that reddit post. Either way, if you know ANYONE who watches YammieNoob, tell them to boycott the fucker and drown the cunt in the debt he deserves. He's a piece of human shit.
>>17232843
>youtube motovlogger is a shitcunt
Wow, big surprise. Saged.
>>17232855
I'm not trying to make pointless threads about shitty motovloggers, but actually trying to get the victim the help he deserves (or at least stopping the dickhead from ruining any more lives)
But sure, wave your internet dick around and show how cool you are by not caring.
>>17232889
why would i give money to some random car crash victim i don't know?
>spot trueno during rush hour traffic
>sperg out
>roll window down, wanna compliment the driver
>side by side now
>it's a fat chola
>m'am nice car, have you hit the touge yet?
>haha it's my son's car
>jetta broke and I borrowed the trueno from him
>its auto so its a nice A to B car :3
>drive away, dead inside
Who the fuck does this?
