Analysts say Tesla is on its way to building 500,000 cars by the end of 2018, making them the largest lucury manufacturer in America
>luxury
>still wont be making a dime
reminder tesla is a scheme to get elon musk free government money

more luxurious than most American luxury makes
Bought my self a pressure washer and want to know what /o/ uses with their pressure washers. Just looking for some clear coat and soap. Only clear coats i find are a clear coat/soap combo, which doesnt sound good, but what do I know?
>>17269022
You realise it's designed to just use high-pressure water, right?
And that it's designed to strip everything away from the metal, right?
You know that includes your paint, right?
Use it on the driveway and brick walls, not your car. And not your cardboard american house, either.
OP don't listen to this faggot he doesn't know what he's talking about>>17269118
Now I would recommend you use Chemical Guys foam Cannon its pretty good better than the generic a foamcannon you get with your pressure washer it's pretty shit.
>>17269118
Im pretty sure you have never owned, used or was even in the same garage as a pressure washer before. I feel sorry for you numales.
I can't believe Canadians were dumb enough to buy a rebadged civic as they were only sold in Canada.
lol
>>17268704
That's not a rebadged Civic though, it's a rebadged Integra. The US didn't get the Integra otherwise, Canada still got the regular Civic.
>>17268715
Still just a re badged honda
>>17268699
Canadians are aspirational because they are not Americans and have always had a chip on their shoulder as a result. Now they are just cringy, soft-handed, beta wimps being bossed around by Poos, slants, and feminists.
Not surprised that Canadians buy cuckmobiles
What did I do /o/?

Is having a sunroof necessary?
No
Its either too hot or it rains to bother to ever use one here in Florida.
One more thing that can break on the car. Avoid if you can.
What the fuck went so wrong
Photog couldn't hold the camera level for some reason.
if you mean why the mrs doesnt look as good as its predecessors its because it was meant to compete with porsche that had become popular at the time, but at a much lower price point, so it had similar design queues
if you mean why toyota hasnt made another mr2 its because the average 18-35 driver that the mr2 was aimed at is now content with fwd hatchback vehicles
>>17268490
>18-35 driver that the mr2 was aimed at is afraid to drive anything smaller than a RAV-4
ftfy, normies think small cars are unsafe
A family member of mine acquired a 69 Grand Prix Model J as part of an estate recently. He is interested in selling it but I'd hate to see it leave the family. The exterior looks great, interior looks ok, and odometer reads 58k. What could be expected from a vehicle like this? I have friends and relatives that can inform/help with problems on this type of car. I have a shitbox for DD, but who knows how long it will last...To get the GP, I would have to take out a small loan. Should I even pursue the GP, or forget about it?
addendum: inb4 boomer car
stock it wont be fast but it'll have a big v8 and make a good cruiser
its likely running a tiny carb so throwing a nice aluminum intake and a new 4 barrel carb on top and some headers and new exhaust it should let it breathe better
>>17268462
Wouldn't be worth it to me unless I actually cared about the person it came from. A lot cooler cars around a similar price range unless you're getting it stupid cheap.
There are much more attractive A-bodies, though I am fond everything behind the front fender/door line.
this is a ford taurus ghia. say something nice about it
>>17268345
The paint is a nice shade of dark red I guess
>>17268345
Its not as hideous looking as a pontiac aztek.
>>17268345
I really like her... paint?
This is for a serious discussion about drive type.
RWD, FWD, or AWD ?
What's best for a DD that's also fun to drive?
I mentioned to my dad and brother that I'm thinking of getting rear wheel drive car and they pretty much just said that was really stupid and I should get a FWD or AWD. They said RWD is ridiculous bad in the snow but /o/tists have told me its fine if you have good tires and aren't stupid
what's /o/s opinion?
as far as RWD, I can't find many in my price range that are also manual(there's a lot that are auto though) it's pretty much just BMWs I can't afford maintenance for and 1 non-v8 Lincoln landbarge
FWD has many options, my favorite being a Ford Focus SVT. I like the car a lot, but I'm worried the something RWD would be more fun
there' one good AWD, a 05 impreza wagon. It's a nice car but I don't want the Subaru reputation and they just seem way to common. what's the best?
>>17268339
Anything with snow tires >>>> anything without snow tires. Drive layout does not matter.
FWD cars are actually pretty good now desu. For a DD I would recommend FWD. If you don't get snow then get an older RWD, if you get a lot, get a Subaru.
Also don't get turbo, 91 octane is too fucking expensive.

I got to college in an area with a lot of snow and ice, plus lots of hills. this points to the AWD subaru being better. however, I also like to have fun driving, and the ford seems more fun
I'm selling my 1997 Mazda B-4000 it has 290000kms. It's in perfect running condition with no frame rust and comes with a spare set of winter tires. It has some body rust on the doors, fender arches and the tailgate is dented what do you /o/
The rust is worst here
What car is this?

So last week I posted about our Subaru tranny going... I swapped in a mystery tranny I got for $200, and all is well aside from minor output shaft seal leak which is a $10 seal I already replaced.
Took apart the old tranny and going to replace a few things in it, and keep it as a spare.
Picture included is the rear main shaft bearing, which is the only damaged part I can find in the whole tranny. Turns out to be a $50~ bearing.
Subaru still a good cheap car in my books.
>>17267387
The only reason people shit on Subaru is because of vapelords, great car, keep us posted faggot.
>>17267387
>mystery tranny
>>17267417
LOL @ $600 Canadian Peso's to Re-Re a tranny on these cars...
I'm $210 into this tranny swap, and my neighbour gave me some GL-5 oil for free from when he owned a Subaru. The savings keep on coming.
These trannys are awesomely simple inside.
This is the worst car ever made.
>OP lost to a turbo PT
>>17267158
I wouldn't say it's the worst car ever made
>>17267158
This is an uneducated post.
