For my normal purchase price of <$2000? Sure. My fox only has about 340 and chances are the car youre talking about will be a fuckload comfier.

I think when I was looking into it, in order to run it, you need a 5-point harness seat, and a roll cage.

On top of the obvious standard road worthy conditions like functioning brakes and a non-leaking engine.

Most of the time those test 'n tune nights don't require a full-on inspection. They just check for some obvious shit like no leaks to a drip, all the lugnuts and studs in place, battery is tied down somehow, and a helmet for the driver. It's only competition nights where the full inspection is used.
