Can you work on it or afford the shop time when something inevitably goes bad?
>>17327031
Not hard for a mustang gt killer.
>>17327053
It might be quick but its not going to outlaunch or outwind any decent v8
starting your car for the first time after doing hours of heavy maintenance on the engine.
and then the noise you thought was because of whatever you just fixed comes back the next day

*klonk* noise

Why are you using an image board? You're clearly blind.

Does it count if I post an accessport run?
Hey /o/ I have about 30 hours into driving stick, both highway and heavy traffic but I suck too much at it and get anxious and arrive sweaty and stressed out at my destination.
I'm worried about destroying the transmission or get into a car crash. It's mostly about stalling in stoplights and jerk shifting.
Is that normal or should I go back to riding the bus?
Feel the car
Depends on your personality. If you are very insecure, you will need longer to feel comfortable. Ask yourself if you wouldn't be comfier driving auto. Then you can concentrate on the traffic more.

drink a few beers before you go out next time. it will help you relax and not give a fuck

What a useless piece of shit.
>>17326783
Shut up fag
I wany an off-road vehicle for really cheap. Preferable not a truck but a shit box sedan that will hold up and has decent power. Something like the image related. I would buy the car stock and upgrade tires suspension etc
>>17326294
you NEED an LSD if you want to do this, or the momentum you'll need to get over obstacles will destroy the car.
>>17326313
Yes im aware. Lsd's are always a good option

Hey /o/
I got a speeding ticket last night. $256. I was doing 61 in a 45mph zone while raining. I knew as soon as I got pulled over I was getting rekt by a ticket.
However, this is my first ticket and I was wondering if fighting it in the court would help. Like I'm gonna plead not guilty because desu I'm not exactly sure how fast I was going and he didn't provide me evidence by showing me the speedometer reading.
It's all he said, the cop said. But I also know that typically the cop doesn't show to the trial and the ticket gets dismissed.
Has anyone of you guys being through this situation before? What's the best way to do it?
Pay the ticket and get my points taken off? I'm from FL btw.
>>17326271
Also /ticket&finesthread/
>>17326271
why don't you keep to the speed limit? autistic much?
>>17326287
Meh. Don't tell me you drive perfectly every time. Everyone speeds. And this is my first ticket ever. I've only been pulled over twice. First time because I did a burnout out of a Wendy's drive thru lmao but no ticket there he let me off with a warning
Can you feel it weeaboos?
It's the feeling of the "fastest volume production car" slowly slipping away...

*catches fire*
My car just got towed by the cops today because I got pulled over and was driving without insurance. What do I do now? The tow yard wants me to pay $300 + $50 a day just to get my car back, but first I have to get insurance and I have to pay $250 to the police just to get a release form! I don't even have that much money!
>>17325978
>What do I do now?
That's what you get, you cretin. Go get a bus pass.
>>17325978
Are you that same faggot who was bragging how long you were driving without insurance
>>17325978
>>17325978
>What do I do now?
Live with the consequences of your actions.
You knew it was illegal to drive without insurance
I am thinking of buying a 2009 Police model crown vic for 5900$.
The car only has 102,000 miles on it. Is this a good idea /o/?
>>17325675
The parts are cheap and plentiful, but those are some hard miles on it, so be wary if you buy it. You might end up spending almost the same to repair it.
>>17325719
but they are known to last up into the 300,000s
>>17325724
Not without some maintenance that goes a bit beyond oil changes.
>i-i-i need truck for towing
Sad!
>>17325645
greentext aside, could i tow a 650lb trailer and a 300lb bike with a 95-2000 volvo? Need to get a summer car and dont want to get an suv or truck
>>17325773
Which Volvo exactly and with what engine?
>>17325773
depends on the Volvo, google the tow rating of what you're interested in. (ratings vary by region, make sure it's the right one)
is the Optima a good car?
>>17325556
Had one for a while as a company car a year ago.
Thing is it never gave a any feedback on the steering wheel and it felt weird. Numb. Heck a Camry feels better.
>>17325595
The 2016's resolved this issue
ayy
I rented a tool from Oriellys and didn't realize there was a 48 hour return policy. It's been 3 days, and I'm returning it today. How fucked am I?
Oh, and can I return the tool at a different Oriellys? Or does it have to be the same physical store I got it from?
Why don't you call and ask them
>>17325405
I will, but I'm currently at work in a no reception zone.
I am looking for a budget shitbox here in Germoney that is more "sophisticated" (think old money).
I would love to get my hands on a facelift e30 convertible, but they seem to be extremely overpriced or rekt.
What would be some decent alternatives for 3-5k yurobucks? I thought of the e36 convertible, but I always associate them with turkroaches
>>17324940
Volvo
Saab
>>17324992
oh yeah thanks, forgot about them
1989 5 speed turbo ii Lebaron
Apparently German richfags ate these up back in the day
There should be plenty around with a little bit of rock turning and they meet your faggot displacement tax requirements
