br/o/s, I have a '15 Mazda3 s. In here, it comes with only 1 gauge: speedometer. And it only shows trip, distance and fuel. That's about it. Lame as fuck.
Anyway, I was looking at tachometers, but I'm also afraid of installing them because I have no experience in electronics and don't wanna mess it up. So I looked for analog tachometers that plug in to the obd2 port and found none...WHAT DO?!
pic related its my car
>>17445014
Is it manual? If not, why would you even do this?
>>17445028
It isn't manual, though I always drive it on M mode because I love manuals. Plus, it's boring having a car with no tachometer.
bump, someone help pls
/o/ what can you guys tell me about my 2002 BMW 320i I just picked up, anything I should watch out for? its auto (unfortunately) and has done 224,000km
>>17444662

kys. should've just gotten a civic for 3k.
Giulia Quadrifoglio vs M3/M4
which one would you choose and why
>>17441634
m3. they look awesome and not like a crosseyed retard like the alfa. plus italians are the mexicans of europe and germans are a glorious race of master engineers.
>>17441634
personally i would take the M2
but ig i have to chosse between all of these the giulia because it has a cleaner look
>>17441650
>italians are the mexicans of europe
>mexicans of europe
that would be the albanians
Currently driving a soul sucking 13 Corolla le and have been looking at new cars. Focus st seems like an insanely nice upgrade for not much more money. Ford is doing 4k back and 0% for 72 bringing these down in price quite a bit. Test drive on sat
Try a Fiesta ST if you can and compare them. Won't talk you out of it, people love ST's for good reason.
make your own fucking decisions
What's wrong with Audi?
>>17437991
Too expensive
only Audi mechanics can fix them when things break you can try doing in your self but it will break again. Keeping an Audi on the road will cost thousands
I enjoy pic related, but now they're glossy black and tacky.
ITT: We share our late night driving music. Suggestions are welcome

In 10 years kids will think manual gearboxes were primitive and shit and paddle shifting was the forefront of driving
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RClFPv5r-0
anyone who isnt stupid knows that manual gearboxes are primitive outdated tech that have no place in the modern car world
there is no 10 years shit the time is now
>>17444386
But where is the fun anon?
I do not give a fuck about outdated, I fall asleep while driving manual.
Unless it's something raw, light weight, and mechanical like an Alfa 4C, automatics bore me to tears.
ITT: I post the best car cleaning shit without needing to spend shekels on adampolish bullshit
>best wax in general, lasts the longest and shines the best
>best car wash

>Let's share """""Touge""""" routes /o/. Here's mine
>Its not very curvy, but it's full of blind crests and dips
>Its the kind of road that will spook you if your careless
>>17441186
That's not touge, and don't share your touge routes with anyone besides trusted bros unless you want them to eventually get popular or speed trapped.
>>17441186
It sucks trying to go during day hours, especially on the weekend because it's occupied by squids doing triple digit speeds and boomers on (((Harleys))), xbawkshueg RV's that can't traverse the turns properly, and faggots on bicycles, but other than that, it's great.
>>17441461
Also this. I shared the one everyone in the tricounty area knows but my favorite little back roads I'm really reluctant to tell people about.

can somebody explain this please
what engines are these
>wanting a compact, decently light, dirt cheap, reliable, high torque, easy to modify, easy to fix, V8 is being an idiot
>wanting a JDM engine you need JDM parts to maintain is smart
Great logic
>>17444582
The first is your mother OP, Lisa, she's used and swapped around by everybody cause they know what they're gonna get and it's easy. Another is a revolutionary Japanese engine from a company in the far past, in a distant universe from a company called "to yoda". The naming was inspired by star wars, because they'll never do anything good again but what they did do back in the day was real gud. The other one is something, idfk probably a small block chebby or a b16 or some dumb shit that either runs on pbr or rice depending on what it is.
>>17444582
It's a stupid image.
