Despite having twice the cylinders(16) and twice the turbos (4), the buggati chinron is slower than a lotus with an corvette engine.

welcome to capitalist america friend would you like your leasemobile in white, silver, or black?
>In the United States, for regulation purposes, government authorities allow cars of a given model year to be sold starting on January 1 of the previous calendar year. For example, this means that a 2017 model year vehicle can legally go on sale on January 1, 2016.
>buy 2017 model gsxr750 on December 26th
>Gets registered as a 2016 model
Should have waited a few days
> Hasn't been updated in 13 YEARS
> Worst in class for everything
> Painfully outdated everything

How?

Is this the australian equivalent to the Crown Vic?
and i dont mean the obvious police connection.
Eh, I guess... Strong, gas gussling engine (yes, talking about the NA I6) thats built to last but somewhat slow. Heavy car. Both are pretty quick when forced induction is applied. They both look like ordinary, boring cars, but still do their job well.
Does every plastic and rubber part break on the crown vics too?
I'd say the VE commonwhore is more synonomous with the crown vic's characteristics if we were talking about the police connection.

The church car pig truck combo
Alright, ran through my first tank of gas in the 124 Abarth, figured that's a good a place as any to stop and write a first impressions style review. I know most of you couldn't give a flying fuck, but hey I don't have a youtube channel and this is my chance to play auto journalist for a little bit, so what the hell
First off, full disclosure, I have had a boner for this car since its announcement, and it puts together a lot things that I already liked, so I'm sure a bit of personal bias is going to creep through. Just a heads up for anyone who might actually base a purchase off of my rambling.
So let me start by saying, it's an extremely nice car to be in. The recaro leather/alcantara seats are fantastic. Comfortable, snug, and supportive. I'm 6'4 and I actually fit without any issues. I don't feel claustrophobic, and I have more headroom than a few CUV's I've sat in recently-(looking at you Mercedes GLA). Even with two people the interior doesn't feel overstuffed.
Interior build quality is also fantastic for a ~30K vehicle. The 'soft touch' plastic on the dash and doors actually feels and looks almost identically to the interior trim in my old SLK. It feels much more expensive than it actually is, I don't get the "oh god this will look terrible in a couple years" feeling that other FCA products (looking at you Dart/200/Avenger) have given me.
Steering wheel has a very nice feel, and to me, is just the right thickness. My one gripe would be that the wheel only tilt up and down, no telescoping in and out, and for me personally, I wish I could pull the steering wheel out about 2-3 inches. It's just a minor annoyance, and I already seem to be adjusting to it
The instrument cluster is also taking some getting used to. The tach sits right in the center, and speedo off on the right is extremely compressed, and small in comparison. It only gives numbers in increments of 20, so I find myself having to do a double take to check my speed.
To be continued...

You're in for quite the surprise in about 3-5 years
Spider is a nice car. In the end it's a MX5 and that's the most selling roadster. Performane wise it's a little too slow for me.

I had the same feeling in my 500 Abarth, but like you said it didn't take long to get used to. How does the shifter feel in the hand?
Is black a good colour?
black isn't a color
:^)
by far the worst color for a vehicle, a shame it looks so good on them
Good on cars
Bad on people
Did you know that aqueous sodium silicate can be used to replace the oil in your engine? It's a water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum-based lubricants.
It has been proven to last for the entire life of an engine, even in high-mileage applications.
It's endorsed by the US Government as a way to reduce your vehicle's greenhouse emissions.

This car meets modern safety regulations just fine, so what is everyone elses excuse for building mobile bunkers with neck-high beltlines that you can barely see out of?

Want to build a sub 10 sec drag car for $70k give or take $5k for any other expenses.
Powerplant:
LS based, looking at a turbo charged LS3 making 1000+hp and have a 150 shot. Preferably done by Steve Morris.
Open to whatever, just don't start a fucking ls vs coyote flame war.
Still debating on which chassis to choose.
Choices:
-C5 Z06
-Foxbody
and that's all I got.
>>17554240
Edit: meant to put $70k in the title
>>17554240
Lol you can do it for like 5000 dollars easy
for some reason i read this as "subie 10 second 1/4 mile for 60k" like you were gonna build a wrx that runs 10 second quarter miles

What about on a normal s class? S550 or the previous two gens.
It'll be hard to find a car these fit on apart from other Mercedes models because of the bolt pattern.
Easier to use Bentley wheels, they basically fit on the entire VW AG lineup if you wanna be a poser cunt.
I started driving when I was 18 and stopped at 24 (I'm 25 now). Every year since I've started driving my anxiety and fear has increased every time I'm behind the wheel. I've never had a ticket or been at fault for an accident but have had so many close calls with people doing dumb things, I've seen two collisions happen right next to me. A year ago some guy hit me and my car was totaled, I just took the check from his insurance and didn't buy another car.
How do I get over my fear of driving? How do I feel confident and safe driving when there are so many unknowns on the road?
Start lifting.
