I have a bottle with an L nozzle in a bucket in the trunk of my car, filled with brake fluid and covered in a black towel. Just fold the rear seat, grab the bucket, aim and slam the bottle against the bottom of the bucket. After that, dry any splash on my car with the towel and drive away. The cameras won't see you doing anything to the car as the stream is too quick for them to capture it. Drive away and check for any remaining splash, wipe it if there's any.

Here are some pics of a silver production Tesla model 3.

Seems pretty snazzy to me. But I can see how it can be a love-it-or-hate-it sort of deal.

Currently planning for the second weekend in August, (12-13) but the date is subject to revision

This will be a two day meet with an overnight camping stop. The current plan is to start somewhere in Granite Falls and drive the mountain loop over to Darrington. in Darrington we can pick up perishable supplies, ice, beer, w/e for the overnight stay.

Camping will be in the Sauk river valley, which is considered a primitive camping area. this means we will need to carry in either enough water or adequate water filtration for the second half of the day/following morning. the area could be quite hot and sunny, so bring pop up shades, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc, to help you keep cool. this is also an area of fairly high insect activity, so bring your favorite bug spray.

there is a shooting pit in the camp area, so feel free to bring something to plink with. please be smart with your firearm usage/storage

Day 2 will consist of following highway 530 up to highway 20, and then looping along the back side of the cascades back toward Monroe.

As of the last meet, it was decided that everyone needs to have a radio for communication. it helps a lot with general coordination as well as locating people in areas with no cell phone service. We recommend snagging a Baofeng UV-5R from amazon. they're dirt cheap, and surprisingly solid.

this bitch took half the paint off my bumper and would have injured her 12 year old kid that wasnt wearing a seat belt if i wasnt paying attention. she claimed to not see me. that kid was experiencing his first adrenaline rush. kid saw his short life flash before his eyes. was actually trembling when they opened the door.

then she denied everything and lied out her ass to the insurance companies

i never mentioned to her i have a cam
she was dropped by her insurance and may be facing fraud charges

i live in a hot climate so i opted for a cam without a battery. if you go cheap the batteries have been known to rupture and burn your car down.. mine has a small capacitor was $75 on amazon. a188c

HAPPENING
>Are you ready for a four-door Ford Bronco hybrid? A Ford engineer with loose lips claims that the next Bronco is already in its third design phase but it is still on track for a 2020 release.

>The all-new mid-size SUV could start around $30,000, pack a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 engine, and offer a hybrid variant, an insider source tells Gear Patrol.

>“They just commissioned another design study, because they feel it looks too much like a Wrangler,” the Blue Oval snitch tells the New York-based publication.

>“If you’re familiar with the Troller, out of Brazil, that’s the basic concept, but it’ll look like a four-door version of that.”

>Gear Patrol also reports that there will not be a two-door version, but the new Bronco will thankfully have a removable roof that comes off in three sections.

So this guy just texted me after I test drive his car a few days ago and said someone offered him $4500 which is a lot less than the listed price but he wants to offer it to me because he think I will appreciate it more. Is this legit or is he just trying to get me to buy it? It's a 2002 trans am ws6 that was rebuilt and has a royally fucked exhaust and interior. I'm thinking it's not a bad deal it should cost more than 1.5k to fix the exhaust and get new seats and airbags what do you guys think?

>>
>>17571393

Yes do it. A WS6 is worth more than that. How can you possibly expect to get one cheaper?
>>
>>17571408
But it's a rebuild and I'm worried it will just become an unsellable money pit
>>
>>17571489
If the title isnt clean dont bother unless you plan on using the parts for a clean car. Its seriously not worth it to put money into a salvage/rebuild car.

Hey /o/!

I worked as a student cleaning and detailing cars for the government (about 15 cars needed to be totally cleaned every week).

Now im done with my education, which has nothing to do with cars, but i look back at how much i loved my student job. Everyone who used the cars praised me so much and they told me how much they loved getting in to a clean car - they often told me that they had ''new car'' experience.

Now i want to start my own small business where i clean peoples cars in their private drive way. I wondered if any of you have any tips? Any small things that you do to your own car that you think i could implement to give an even better experience is appreciated!

If interested i drive a 1988 Mercedes 190 E with engine swap to a W124 3.0L 6l

Some of the cars are off road cars that are used by some outdoor type guys.

Everyone is used to the cars being completely clean monday morning. These guys where out in 30 degrees celcius monday and had a lot of fruit, coffee (with milk) and shit and just threw the garbage in the car. Mud everywhere, food on seats, on the floor, steering wheel - you get the drift. This car sat in heat with 1 windows rolled down 3 cm. I came to this car on the following sunday after it had been sitting for 6 days in that heat.

I unlocked car and just jumped right inside to put key in the ignition and instantly threw up inside on the floor. Worst smell in my life and i been in some shitty backstreets in both Thailand and Africa.

I used all day on that car alone and had to come in to work again the day after...

Anybody have experience with replacing just one cylinder's misfires and how it went afterwards?

there has to be an easier way to clean the inside of a fucking windshield

is there nothing that like auto dries without wiping and leaves no streaks?

Glass cleaner and two rags, one to clean it and one to dry it
>>
>>17570565
You just need good quality liquid glass cleaner (with less water content). The streaks are from water... the more water the more streaks.

I use a foam cleaner that I got when I installed new windows in my house. 16 windows and two patio doors and got 12 cans of cleaner. Stuff works great.

Looking at late model (3-4 year old) Cooper S. They are cheap, but maybe for good reason as I hear a lot of bad things related to reliability.

1. Has to have the interior luxury, ride quality, safety, and prestige of a European brand like BMW/Benz

2. Can not be as unreliable or have as poor of value retention as a BMW/Benz

3. Would consider a Volvo or Volkswagen if there was objective evidence that it's on par with the Japanese big four in terms of reliability and maintenance-ease

4. Needs to be the same size or smaller as a Mazda3 hatch, WRX STI, Type R, CT200H, or Golf GTI.

5. Would prefer AWD. But FWD is fine too. No requirements on power. I am going to be commuting 60+ miles every day in this thing so it needs to be comfy.

What kind of price range are you thinking?
Also, someone needs to shop the poor girl's eyes closer together.
>>
How exactly do you expect a car that's cheaper or better value than a premium Euro to have the same prestige as a premium Euro? Why exactly does the car need to be this small? New or used? What budget?
>>
>>17570031
>has to have luxury interior, luxury ride quality, luxury safety features, and luxury prestige of bmw/benz

WHY DONT YOU GO AND BUY A BMW OR BENZ THEN.

I recommend the E-Class 350 or 550 sedans.
