Just depends on the color I think. My GF(of course) has one in light blue and it looks girly, but the black in your pic seems at least gender neutral. It's a nice, quick car too

what do you mean by fix? that's perfectly fine.
Especially considering that one has a glovebox, mine doesn't.
only real interior mod you can do is the GT3 console delete, which getgs rid of that annoying useless center stack.
you can also get a kit that allows you to raise your center conosle a bit.

Hey guys, I bought a killer fridge but it's too hot outside. The manufacturer specifications say it's good in ambient temperatures up to 90 degrees, but I'm in Utah and it's in the 90s and 100s for the weather and inside my car is of course much hotter out in the sun. The fridge works great when it's not the hottest part of the day, but when it's 90+ the thing just shits out and keeps turning itself off to stop sucking power from my 12v outlet despite the fridge being set on low battery protection mode. Obviously this isn't working for things which need to remain cool and the temperature reading shows 60s-70s inside the fridge because it stopped cooling with the oven-like temperatures of a sun-baked suburban.
I've read about people insulating fridges like this with different materials but my local Lowe's only seemed to have one type of polystyrene insulation in the isle and I'm not sure that's the best tuff to use and if I use it will it even work. I have the one inch thickness but am thinking about returning it and buying two inch thickness before I cut it and surround all four sides, top, and bottom with this stuff which just looks like styrofoam with a shiny, aluminum side.

Anybody have experience insulating a 12v fridge for camping and sleeping in your car in hotter weather?

I searched far and wide... nobody has attempted either to a Prius, yet?
If I understand correct, the prius electric engine starts first.. and then the Engine.. I assume at a certain RPM?
Then why the fuck can they not come up with a supercharger that is spooling up during that time.. say the 10 seconds it takes to get to 60... and then BAM! SUPERCHARGER, BRAH!

I just use a carabiner and clip it and my keys to my belt loop anytime I'm not driving it helps so I don't throw them in my pocket then have a mini heart attack when I feel in my pocket and don't feel my keys right away

I fasten them to my belt loop with a carabiner THEN put them in my pocket, so they don't jangle around side-to-side when I walk

Buy your own blank online then take it to a dealership to have them cut it and expect to pay as much as $30 for the fucking service. There are probably places online that will do it cheaper but until you get your first spare made you can't really send off your only key to the service center.

Probably in like 50-100 years is my guess. The CEO of Cruise says we're 30 years from having them be on the road and like, fully immersed into society, so I suppose legislation would follow maybe another 30 years after that.

Could be an ignition issue, fuel pump issue, couple other issues...get someone to pull the codes it's likely showing, that way you don't throw good money after unknown gremlins...

Today Renault's emergency braking system saved my ass. A German driver went rogue with his travel trailer and my human reaction was not sufficient, so the car jammed on the brakes by itself.

>overtake with around 15 km/h difference
>I am already right next to his trailer
>he uses indicator and is already rolling on the center strip (he wanted to overtake another German with a travel trailer)
>I honk and break at the same time
>he pulls out even faster and crosses the strip
>I pull to the left, almost hitting the guardrail
>then his trailer swings on the left lane
>I see it coming closer and closer despite me braking
>all of a sudden the braking amplifies abruptly and I feel the seatbelt pressing the air out of my lungs
>the assistant saved my ass
I am grateful.
Not even mad at this guy, he seemed to be either tired of the long journey from the beach or maybe his wife took of with the scuba diving instructor.
However, all of this was so close that I had to check the car to be 100% sure there was no contact.
