I have a new, all stock, Chevy SS(6M), which is pretty much the same thing, and my best friend has a 2016 Mustang GT(6M) with an intake, borla exhaust and a tune. I kick his ass every time we race, whether is up a mountain road, or just a straight up drag race. They're both pretty fun cars though.

stiffer, lower suspension settings, different, bigger wheels, different skirts and bumpers, recaro sport seats, sport steering wheel, black alcantara headlining, that's all.
you can run a non-M sport 335i with JB4 just fine

Body kit and wheels mainly, you can actually spec them so they don't come with the stiff suspension. You also get better seats, although they are not Recaro, they are actually comfortable. Again though, you can usually spec the better sports seats on the SE models. a few other cosmetic touches as others have mentioned but the engines and drivetrain are exactly the same as on other models.

If you are buying used you can put the VIN into the BMW website and it will tell you the detailed spec of the car so you can check it all there.

Cut off the exhaust from the down pipe back, and weld in some 3" straight pipe.

I had similiar problem (206 RC vs Clio sport) and I decided to go for 206 RC, because of the looks and I didn't have any problems with it so far. The car is awesome and I totally recommend it.
Interior is quite lacking and handling could be better, but you cant have everything with such budget.
Nevertheless clio is amazing too
although try to get 206 RC or Clio sport, dont get their normal version as they are slow as fuck

Its not that amazing of a "/o/" movie the driving is well choreographed but it's mostly 75% about the characters not the driving.

I personally liked the movie and think it's worth seeing.
