They're cheap because they are a pain in the ass to repair when they get worn out and aren't fun to drive. They're disposable shitboxes made to be runned into the ground and scrapped in 10-15 years, not very eco friendly actually.

You can't push the engines hard. Maybe 100hp. Low psi turbo like 8psi. Forged internals don't exist for the g10 motors so that's why you can't push it. Best you do is a fresh rebuild and turbo. You'd be better with getting the 16v suzuki motor
