Sounds pretty rough. I saw a dude being tailgated by some retard in a black commodore last night. Dude was doing mini-swerves behind the guy as they were stopping at a red light, as if he was going to try gun it past him, while being blocked by other traffic sitting at the lights.
He then started revving up as loud as his trashy v6 shitbox can behind the dude, getting close, flashing his highbeams etc. Some people just shouldn't drive.

pretty much this. What killed so many of those off was rust.

You can convert any Civic to AWD, but you need the rear trailing arms from one of those EF RTAWD Wagons. Everything else can be grabbed from a Honda CR-V, which was the Civic wagon's direct replacement.

branch fell and hit my s14.

ruined the front fenders and destroyed the rear glass.

It also put a dent in the metal body part where red arrow is.

Car is pretty much killed isn't it?

It was my DD. So I should just sell it off to someone that wants to race it or part if out. Because having a body shop repair that part is going to cost more than the car is worth, right?

Studded tires are for ice, if you don't encounter ice very often it's not worth it. You need winter tires regardless of whether or not it snows. If it gets cold, you need them.

MightyBenz is the only one who is able to spell the name of the good studded nokian winter tires. Continental ContiWinterContact TS850 won the test in Europe for normal winter tires.

Snow ontop of hardpacked snow, loads of ice, mostly slush with tarmac beneath and so on

Studded tires perform their best in the rougher conditions on snow and ice. What they are however worst at are tarmac, where they are a lot more noisey, higher rolling resistance (worse MPG), longer braking distance and increased wear

For icy conditions, loads of snow and driving in an area where you're basically always on hard-packed snow/ice and not gravel, tarmac or similar materials I can recommend studded tires for their added traction, and if you're only occascionally on these then a proper set of good unstudded tires will do you fine, especially the higher-end tires like the Goodyear UltraGrip Ice 2 and Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 amongst the best

What are the true advantages of a button over a key, when a wireless fob is still required? Seems like a transition of media, and that's about it.
Personally, I enjoy the smooth sound of the key displacing all the cylinder teeth when it slides in, but preferences hardly make changes.

What happens, with these new wireless key push-button-start vehicles, if you drive off without the key after it's started?

Never understood the point. Give me a mechanical key any day.
