Alright, black 2017 Ford Mustang

I'm 24 and make 13/hour after taxes,
I've been seeing a lot of people say and show that I would just need winter tires to drive during the winter

Is it worth to have 300hp rwd stick with warrenty?

Pic somewhat related not actual car

Name me a better car than the 2nd gen IS350 around 10-12k and 75-90k miles. You can't.

Leather heated and cooling seats
Backing camera and GPS display
Reliable
Comfy ride
0-60 in 4.8
Good looks
RWD

The only other alternative I can think of in that price range is a BMW 335. I'd wager on the IS being more reliable though.
>>
>>17679018
I'm also eyeing the 335i, but I think the IS350 might be a better DD.

I think I'd pick the NA V8 over the turbo i6 desu.

I have a TT i6 and my daily is a E46 330i and I have just as much fun in each desu purely cause of how responsive it feels

>change clutch master cylinder
>clutch now feels like a whole other car

I fucking hate this, why does this happen? Every time I change master cylinders this happens. Is it because I am not using the same brand?
38 posts and 4 images submitted.
>>
>>17678497
Seals go out and the cylinder wall pits letting fluid pass the cylinder, newer seals prevent this and make the clutch feel different.

Hello /o/,

My criminal friend needs some advice. He finna move up in the game. Just like in the rap world, the only thing that matters is your whip, especially if you wanna network with the big fish, or convince thots to sell they pussy. Now, my friend has some very specific requirements:
>$80,0000 budget
>must be white or other pimp color
>must have wood interior, nice ventilated leather, heated seats, massage, automatic high-beam
>engine must be petrol turbo or diesel, nothing naturally aspirated
>the car must be the latest model, but still a year or two old so he can purchase it second-hand, he won't buy it new, he's a criminal

His problem apparently is that the only car that fits the description is the Cayenne, and he hates it because it's just an overpriced Touareg. So if you were a big time baller /o/, what car would you purchase that fits these requirements?

P.S. My suggestion to him was a V8 Vantage, but he says it's not pimp enough cause now they got the DB9 or whatever it is, and also maintenence costs.

Not a bad suggestion, but it ain't got AHB, and it's more of a sports car than a cruiser. My friend needs to travel thousands of miles in short periods to make deals and move weight. So it has to have realllly comfy seats and automatic high-beam, cruise control and preferably automatic transmission too.

Feel free to post car audio questions and advice here.

I want to start upgrading the sound system in my aw11 mr2 now that I have it running pretty smooth. Right now it's basically just disintegrated paper as far as speakers are concerned. Anyway the thing is that the speaker holes can only fit 4" speakers. Is that too small to not be shit or would it be best to make room in the door panels? Also if I want to just start off with two speakers for the mids/highs before I invest in a subwoofer what should I go for? Should I go component or coaxial? I'd like to spend less than 60 dollars on the speakers alone right now just so I have something listenable that I can add to as I get other things done. Basically I don't want to have to rebuy the speakers later.

You get what you pay for
4 inches can sound good, especially when amplified
Amplify all your speakers
Component for front stage, coaxial for rears

My doors have some stupid plastic bracket which interfer with a regular mounting ring like in OP's pic.

If you can make room for bigger stuff then I'd say its definetely worth it. If you can get it up to 6 or 6.5 you'll have a big increase in fidelity and power, and you will also have a lot more options to chose from when buying

Now, as for subwoofer... I will probably get shit on for saying this, but a flat active sub that fits under a seat is a great additiona. They're not expensive, take up pretty much no space and give you a very direct bass. You will not get the power or depth that you'll get from a proper big subwoofer with an external amp and so on, but for the interior of a car those things are pretty much always overkill unless your only goal in life is playing hardbass. You'll also have a lot of people putting big subwoofers in the trunks of their sedans, making the bass sound more like a very irritated badger trying to get out of said trunk, armed with a rubber mallet

Flat sub works great if you're looking for a good amount of power and depth, while also being affordable and small in size

What could have caused this? The two paint chips at the top don't make any sense to me.

It hit something hard enough that the chips on the top made contact.
I had a fleet car go from an innie back to its original shape overnight.
>>
Do you not see the outline of whatever you hit? You ran into something, the bumper cover is made of a fancy composite that flexes. The bumper returned to shape but the paint was damaged.

Confused, normal combustion produces a gallon of water per gallon of gas nearly....

Why is Hank concerned about this?

In the exhaust? He saw some steam? Or maybe he thought it was water, and it was coolent steam?

Why do people tend to lean toward saying that Automatic is more common in the US compared to Manuals because Americans were able to afford the price automatics came with?

Clearly, it's because of cities like New York and Chicago with stop-start traffic that caused manuals to die out over here.

You have to realize, stop-start traffic in a place like New York City is probably horrible on a clutch, and especially with newer drivers who don't put their car in neutral while it's at a stop.

It's also likely detrimental on the driver, maybe it's just a hassle to them, who knows.

All I know is, it's nice to live in a place with a lot of long roads that a manual does fine on.

I've never heard this.
I've just assumed automatics became popular because of their ease of use, and the simple truth that people are fucking lazy at heart.
Why spend your attention just driving when you can talk on the phone and/or jam food in your mouth at the same time?
