So, which one?

Keep in mind the GT350 costs about $9,000 more.

I'd have to pick the GT350 imo. Sure, it's bigger and heavier but that fucking 8250 redline and sound. Plus it's track ready and will surely be more scarce on the road.

They aren't automatic or manual, but they're definitely tragic
>>
Yes because they receive shifting information and input from a range sensor and a computer instead of from the driver.

The flappy paddles are still computer-assisted and will up shift if the range sensor detects you are at redline so that doesn't count.

They are automatic. Every DSG has a "D" mode that shifts automatically. The GTI has like 10 billion other modes that will get used approximately 5 times in the car's life.

Flappy dick gearboxes are for c u c k s and preppy boyracers.

How does the new mitsubishi mirage stack up as a dependable, cost-efficient 3 clinder? Would it still be better to seek out a metro?
15 posts and 5 images submitted.
>>
not to come in here and shit all over it, but not that great.

It's not reliable nor cost efficient. MPG is not all that stellar compared to what's going on with more expensive cars.

After rebates and dealer discounting, you can usually find a Spark for less money anyway, and get roughly the same fuel economy. If you're looking for reliability, the cheapest small cars that aren't complete shitshows tend to be base model Focuses and Accents, with the occasional Versa or Dart thrown in the mix, depending on how desperate the dealer is at that precise moment.

I would like to watch every F1 Championship starting with 1950. Did they film the full races from the onset of F1?

If so, is there some place on the internet that I can watch all of them for free? Obviously I can download the newer seasons from millions of places, but I'm concerned with the pre-internet era videos

I can tell you that F1 wasn't televised until 1976. i'm not sure where you can watch those races though
>>
>>13993289
F1 was televised before '76, it just wasn't broadcasted worldwide and it might not have been flag to flag live coverage.

How-do /o/
I've been running my FD daily for about 15 months now. Other than fuel, it's incredible, handles like a dream.. Most of the time.

I'm running 255 tyres on the back, 225 on the front, and I love the stability at the back. The front dives a little on hard corners and will understeer if pushed enough. It becomes particularly apparent on roundabouts etc.

I recently took it on my first autotest. Admittedly the courses were all way too tight for the car, but understeer became a major issue and I was forced to drift the courses to keep any control when entering any of the corners.

So, question time. I know the handling is being ruined by the staggered sizing of the tyres, but I can't afford a pair of dishes to make the fronts wider, nor do I want to downsize the rears.
I'm already running higher pressures in the back and stickier tyres up front. I know there's no true replacement for more rubber, but are spacers going to help improve front grip and prevent the diving? Or am I expecting too much from them?

Just add a rear strut brace if you don't already have one. Or you can make alightment adjustments. Or add a stiffer rear sway bar

An older picture, how she looked when I first imported her. But it shows the issue quite well. Front track is much narrower than the front.

I've never used spacers or widened track in any other way before so I'm not sure what to expect. I was thinking a pair of 20mm spacers, or 25mm if I could get away with it.

I am debating getting a 500 EXC for my next dual sport bike. I will be riding it 80/20 (roads/dirt), my brain tells me to get something more street oriented however I have ridden a DRZ400, XR650L and they are fat and heavy and no fun to ride on the streets or dirt. I would rarely drive over 100 miles in a day. My biggest concern isn't personal comfort, but engine life. I know on some of these high strung dual sports they recommend a engine rebuild every 2000 miles or so, which is just insane.

>tl;dr should OP get a 500exc as his only bike for mostly blasting around on country roads?
