>>14153363

Does anyone else kind of want a BMW X6 or Mercedes GLE Coupe variant in GTA?
I think it would be pretty cool.
What's your favorite car in the game
>I like the Gallivanter Baller LE
>>14153180
No. Of all the cars you could put in GTA, that's what you choose? They're both shit, slow SUVs.
>>14153401
What other cars are there to put? It's the only niche that hasn't been added to the game.
What should I look for in a trans am? Are they reliable? How do they compare to mustangs?
look for a WS6
They're heavier than mustangs and their manual transmissions are trash but it's easier to find them with better engines that haven't been run hard because their were more premium engine packages available from the factory.
>>14153480
The T56 is not trash.
would you?
>>14153081
>no more city traffic
>no taxi driver with insane accent
>far fewer accidents
>more cars in the same space on the road
Yes pls

Hey /o/
I've got a squeaky alternator pulley. I've looked up some videos and it seems pretty simple to replace it; I've got everything but the pry bar in terms of tools. The problem is new alternators are 1-200$ from what I've seen and I'm poor.
Are there ways(is it advisable) to take the thing apart and try to remedy the squeak by cleaning it out ?
Pic related, this is the alternator

>Pic related, this is the alternator
But that's a turbo
Ignore it while you save enough money to replace it.
>>14152915
Seems to be my only option. What does the squeak mean anyway ?
Would you?
>>14152857
>ragtop
Yes.
>>14152857
Heck yeah I would, tiny cars are my fetish
>>14152857
Not if I could avoid it.
Hey /o/.
tl;dr 97 Saturn SL2 has a loose accessory belt. What do?
I have a 97 Saturn SL2 I'm using for my commute. Yesterday, the steering wheel got heavy, and I arm-wrestled it home (only 5 or so miles, luckily). After changing the power steering fluid, because I'm an idiot, and realizing that only solved the problem for a few minutes, I noticed the accessory belt is VERY loose - almost a full inch of deflection. Adjusting the tensioner is gonna be a bitch, but I'm wondering if that's the least of my worries. My dad mentioned I might've fucked up the timing chain during that bit of driving - is he full of shit, or is that a concern? What's the next issue I'll have to deal with, and is messing with the tensioner the right move?
Never heard of an engine that runs accessories off the timing belt. youre fine, just tighten the tensioner and youll be fine
ive had the power steering belt on my Z pop off while i was driving, put it back and it was golden
For some reference, here's the accessory belt routing, straight from the sticker on the vehicle. Not the best picture.
Wut? Find out why the belt got loose, fix it, tighten the belt.
so I recently bought bmw e61 2009 and my idrive (or whatever it is called) indicates that my oil level is critically low. Dipstick shows that oil level is a little bit over normal. Can it be faulty oil sensor or something else?
>>14152828
Possible. Did you get an inspection before you bought it?
forgot to mention its 525d, also during cold weather startup sounds awful for about 2 seconds.
>>14152842
did all visual, mechanical inspection, but my f-ing OBD computer broke down, so no.
Carwash and Detailing! What do you guys use? How often do you wash?
This is my weekly wash supply.
Also:
>wash car before 2 week trip
>garage it and leave
>come back from trip
>tiny bit of dust from the garage
>wash again garage again to escape 2 days of rain so I can pull her out clean
Anyone else this autistic with their washing? I have friends and family that completely do not wash their cars. "The rain washes it" kinda fucks. I don't know how you can't even pay the 3 or 4 dollars to go to the normie wash, let alone not wash your car by hand.
this is what i have op
its not a lot compared to most of you, but its enough i guess
>>14152722
Just getting into hand washing.
I like having a clean car, but I'm not too keen on actually washing the thing.
How can I speed up the process?
